Jess was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I literally could've fallen asleep it was so amazing. She was so receptive to any areas I wanted to address and by the end I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to stand up and leave because every muscle felt relaxed. I would definitely recommend the relaxation massage if you're looking for something that isn't heavily pressured and are looking to target various areas of your body! I can't wait to come back here and try out some of their other devices!

In my case we started out our conversation focusing on a single area of stubborn belly fat. Eventually, however, I found myself sold on an additional 5 locations. "6"..total tartgets---not just one but up selling me a total of 6. The embellishment of "AMAZING" results comes by exerting sales pressure and hyping before and after pictures of model like people. Pictures are used as proof sources that cannot be confirmed as photo shopped or not. I spent thousands $$$$$ and many hours and visits. RESULT: zero - nothing - not even ONE location was visably different from 6 targeted spots... how could ALL 6 locations result in ZERO improvement? When requesting resolution/compensation, owner Karin Kartuska was extremely evasive and anoyed by my requests to talk with her directly. Karin, with much reluctance allowed a short call to be made. Follow up was promised and never delivered. Evasion continues.... BEWARE!!! Please do a deep dive and use customer testimonies to determine the efficiency/inefficiency of Cool Sculpting for yourself. Take the money you would of spent and concider proven treatment with proven results. I recently used Reddit, See for yourself the comments on Cool Sculpting on REDDIT using the link below. I have had appointments with them both and both are fantastic. They do an excellent job with therapeutical massage. If you are coming to get a foo foo massage Barbara is not it. She will massage every single knot out of you. Does it hurt? Wil you cry...maybe :) Will you feel sooooo much better. YES! April will also go after those trigger points and focus on what is causing you pain, she is more gentle. My mother and I both got the essence of sole treatments and there were a few weird things. The ambiance of the place feels suffocating. The dated decorated office building vines did not feel relaxing or luxurious. For the price point for treatments, I think a little updating could make it feel a lot better. I was very thrown off about being in a room with my mom, and then being given a robe to change into while the attendants were walking in and out of the room. Being invited to change into a robe and not given the option of a private space felt very odd. The treatment itself felt like there was no pressure, rather just a salt scrub and some ointment and that was it. The ladies taking care of us were both very professional and very kind so this means nothing towards them, I think they were just given barely any helpful tools to use to make it a better experience.

After months of spending thousands of dollars getting spa treatments, once a week blowouts with their $60 hair treatment, and on top of that getting my hair colored every six weeks, she treated me like dog sh*t. Apparently she likes to nickel and dime people. Even their loyal customers. When I first got my blowouts, I had asked the stylist to just touch up my ends with the straightening iron. No full head straightening. She was not charging me an extra $30 to do that. None of the stylists were. Because simply they weren't straightening my whole head. Week after a week I would pay the same amount of money for my blowout, unless I got an expensive treatment added on. Well, one day the front desk manager decides to charge me for my blowout an extra I believe $30. I explained to her what I've been getting and what I have been paying. She basically told me that the hairstylists need to be fired. I was wrong. They were wrong and she was right. She didn't even recognize me from when I come in EVERY week. That in itself , was pathetic. It's not about the money for me because obviously I was spending a lot of money at the spa. It was the whole principle of the matter. The fact that she was trying to get that little extra money from me after I told her I've been paying a certain amount of money every week, so sorta threw me for a loop. And the fact that she kept on saying that she was going to fire the hairstylists. I thought that was very unprofessional. Honestly, I think the owner of the spa needs to look into this because she just lost a loyal customer for the business. I know there are a lot of competition around. I just went to another spa and they actually include straightening in their blowouts. Same price. Even though I wasn't even getting my hair totally straightened. I was getting a blowout with touchups with a straightening iron because my hair flips up when I get a blowout. She didn't end up charging me that day, but she said going forward she was gonna charge me. Well obviously, there's no going forward because I canceled all my coloring appointments. The only one that loses is the hairstylists in the situation. But I'm not going to be nickel and dimed by an entitled , control freak of a front desk manager. I took my business elsewhere. Oh, by the way, I did call them and talk to them about my issue with this. I was told a manager would call me back. It's been two weeks now and nobody has reached out.
