She charge me $5500. $500 for the trust and 5k to hire a pi, take lien off my house, sue contractor and possible represent me in a counter suit. The contract I signed was on a tablet and when you initial it would go to the next paragraph where she would give me the "readers digest" of the what it said. I didn't get a copy of the contract. When we had that meeting she was typing everything she would do for my case but did not include it in the contract. She told me everything would go on a portal. Nothing was on the portal. She promised dates of stuff to get done and when then nothing and when I would call her over and over again because it wasn't done, she would gas light me and tell me why I was calling her so much. And this was just for the trust part!! She later lied and said the 5k was for the trust and $500 was only reviewing my file!!! My recommendation based on my experience with Taylor. IF you hire her search her up in google you will find tons of bad reviews. Make her include every single thing she says to you in the contract. Make her print out the contract and you will see she is off every Friday. The portal is a joke have her email you everything. Put in the contract deadlines. Check her vacation days coming up. Two weeks after I hired her and she told me "we had to move fast" she took a three week vacation. If you have her do more than one thing have her do separate contracts so that the payments are broken down, so she won't later switch what she verbally agreed to.
