I set a time and the person I was supposed to me did not show. The woman that works there was unable to find the keys but eventually found them and was able to help me. I was told the car had nav and bluetooth. They did not inform me they had changed the radio and neither nav nor bluetooth worked. They also did not tell me the door had been changed and therefore the key would not work in the door. The car came safteied, however, they failed to give me both copies of the saftey. This was a nice looking vehicle but as a result of deception and false advertising I have had to spend ALOT of money to get it to where it should have been when I got it. Although this was a private sale it was done at the shop and the car was in the shops name so as a result it reflects on the shop

Owner states that because it has dog hair it's $85 more (because people don't have dogs to discuss in initial booking???). Not only did you lose $400 today, but you lost another $400 from my model 3 I would have had done when the winters were taken off, along with a bad review. Was it worth trying to get a couple more dollars? Thanks for wasting couple of hours and gas for us.

However, when I arrived at the scheduled time and place, no one was there. I tried calling and texting both the business number and the personal number I had used to book, but got no response. The next day, I received a message apologizing and saying that they had left their phone at a job site and therefore didn't know where our appointment was. While I understand things happen, forgetting both the phone and the scheduled appointment doesn't strike me as a professional excuse--especially since no attempt was made to reschedule. Based on this experience, it felt like they weren't interested in earning my business, and I wouldn't recommend them to others.
