She helps by guiding a client to face issues, problems, and truths that one normally avoids to stay comfortable. Staying comfortable won't help with making progress in desired change. That's my take on her therapy. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr. Reed to anyone who seeks a psychologist. The technical: She offers virtual sessions. She is pretty flexible about how often clients would like to see her. She is also in the 21st century--she offers online bill pay and correspondence. I love this because I cringe when health professionals don't offer online bill pay or correspondence. I personally don't like phone calls or writing checks. To summarize: If you seek a mental health professional for talk therapy, I highly recommend Dr. Reed.
