After reviewing the list, I decided on Collier Home Inspections. I also have an in ground pool and they have a special pool inspector that they work with, so that helped steer my decision making. Josh Simmons was so easy to work with. He was accommodating with my schedule and I was able to make the appointment right away. He was extremely thorough, his detailed report included close up photographs of the areas of concern and addressed what should he taken care of right away and the things that had some "shelf life" to it. He was always open to discussion about our general concerns or questions. What's more, his reports were presented in a detailed, interactive format that was easily navigated and provided the creation of a repairs list (including many pictures taken during the inspection) to share with other parties in the purchase.
