Halo Home Services We have been using Halo Home Services for several years and we are very satisfied with their service monitoring our home while we are away. They check everything inside and out and send pictures to show the condition of the house and property at the time of the inspection. They are also there to help when something goes wrong in your house. They always respond quickly when you call or text them when there is a problem even if it's 9:00 at nigh. Last week I was checking my thermostat app and found the AC wasn't working , it was almost 9:00 at night and I called Halo and they got right back to me and met the AC repair man at the house the next morning and stayed until the AC was up and running. They kept me informed on what was going on through the repair process. One of our biggest investments that we have is our home in Naples and we are always concerned when we have to leave for long periods of time. We have used other Home Watch companies that were adequate, but basically very minimal in regard to taking a personal interest in us and our home. It was a great surprise and relief to find this superior company. They are immediately responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. So far, they have either answered our calls or returned emails, voice mails or text messages within an hour. I usually do not write reviews but my husband and I have been very happy with Halo Home Services. We use the service when we are away for the summer. But recently we went on vacation for two weeks and HHS checked in on our house. Per our agreement with HHS we get an update on the house once a week via text. This is the method we preferred. When we have called, the staff has always been very respectful and patient with any questions. HHS in our opinion has always been very reliable, trustworthy and transparent.
