The communication from the staff is poor on a good day, they do not (or can not) keep track of the documentation you submit, and if you have the misfortune of being assigned to Alex Franch, be prepared to deal with someone who is incredibly rude. Try literally anywhere else. Going with this group was a colossal mistake.
