I signed up for the monthly service the same day and went back for nearly 3 months. The quality of care differed highly from each "doctor." I felt like I had to keep coming back more frequently to realign my back, even though I had been taking it easy. In December I checked out another health / wellness clinic in Naperville and they offered a free X ray right away to figure out the issue. It was a disc issue and then I was told more chiropractors should take an X ray before performing alignments. This was never offered at The Joint and I believe the alignments being done were not helping the disc area, but making it more agitated and enflamed. I called to cancel at 9:20AM on my renewal day and since they auto billed me at 6am, they won't refund the month of January even though none of the services were used at all. This location and most likely others are being managed by a person in another state and have been very difficult to communicate with via phone. Basic customer service would be to provide a good faith refund of the month for services not used to entice me to stay as a customer and for future referrals. 1/10 would not recommend.
