I have spoken to the company but, still will like to give a warning for anyone looking for an assisted transportation because there are people who are recklessly driving. The man was an almost bald black man with glasses and he had no care. I was very warned and panicked but was able to gain control. He doesn't use any blinkers and is just overall a bully on the road. This is not the type of person that should be driving and I hope this employee will learn to do better on the road. My car has cameras and I'm happy to have been able to catch the company name and the car number so this employee can learn from his wrongs.

I'm always apprehensive when booking something like this because you never know how smooth or not smooth things will go. Everything went great that day. I like their minivans, doesn't seem to much of a production to get her in and secured. There is room for 1 or 2 additional people that may be traveling with the person (we had an aid with her). They were on time and patient. I'm already using them again.

At 10:40am I called fearing the worst and yes the driver would be "11 minutes late". Called again at 11:04 am and the driver showed up at 11:05am. He was also there to pickup another person scheduled at 10:45 am heading to Tuckahoe. We got to his destination at 11:22am. We were heading to Columbia Presbyterian. Needless to say we had to reschedule the doctor appointment. As you can imagine I am very upset given the doctor's appointments was scheduled months in advance . Obviously poor planning on MedTrips end combining these two trips together. Of course I called to provide feedback and I got the usual sorry about that. Still upset.

This "Medical Transport" Company is extremely unreliable even when a Hospital calls them to set up…read moreyour SCHEDULED Transport. My transport was 4 that's FOUR hours late while I waited in a hospital with a broken hip. The Head Nurse called them repeatedly and was given every excuse you can imagine. When they FINALLY arrived I was told by their " EMT's" that I was NEVER put in their schedule and they were headed to pick someone else up until their Supervisor called them to respond to my transport. Also, please be aware you are allowed only 1 bag of your personal belongings during Transport and if you are leaving a Hospital and have some of your OWN medicine that was held by hospital pharmacy you are NOT allowed to have it on you whether it is a Life saving medicine.
