I think this is a shitty way to handle a situation like this. Why aren't drivers penalized for canceling rides after the customer waits over 10 minutes and why isn't the customer given a notification or heads up about a ride canceled. I have to literally check my phone over and over until the driver arrives and again could cancel at any moment. Now I'm here with no cab , 25 minutes wasted and literally getting in the bus that was 30 mins away I was trying to avoid waiting for. Not to mention all their drivers are friends and family without proper TLC. I'm new to the Bronx and don't know too many car services. Please don't use them. And David this is all your fault because you're unprofessional and could've found a solution.

I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. Was told to call on arrival. When I called said our minivan was 30 min away offered a town car. Car worked out fine (we had minimal luggage) was charged $63 plus tip. Car was $48 toll charge $15. Return trip called day before minivan at hotel early drove to airport no problems. Almost brand new van. $63 for van $15 toll with added tip paid $100.
