    Uber is horrible The worst customer service ever. Never use them. The driver was drunk. Never again. And he couldn't speak English

    8/11/20 Back when I had just finished high school, my sister…read moreand I had just gotten back from our new home in Geneva Switzerland and were pretty tired. We had prearranged a Supershuttle to take us back home. The guy who picked us up started out nice, but quickly showed his true colors shining through. I learned that night that if you want the cheap rate of using Supershuttle, you will be either picking up various customers at various locations before going to the airport. The same can be said if you are going home from the airport. Our driver started getting bitchy and his attitude got worse. He was rude to several passengers and ended up getting lost. One passager wished us the best of luck as she got out of the vichele. She did not tip the guy. A middle finger is what he got. When we finally got to our second home, we did not tip the guy either. When the drive acts like an ass and tell you to "shut the front foor." a royal ass wipping came mind. My short temper remained in tacked, but oh it would have been nice to watch him fly through the air and come down hard upon a bear. The bear would get mad and Jack would get off...okay I am losing sight of what I was talking about. In short, after experiencing what Supershuttle had to offer, we took taxi or used the subway to get to the airport. Never again.

I booked a Black Car Luxury service from these clowns and received nothing but trouble. A brief description of the service is a driver would meet us at the baggage claim then escort us to the waiting LUXURY SUV where we would be driven to our hotel. 4 of us arrived at Regan Airport, received a message that Abdou H. would greet us. No Abdou. Called Abdou, he was running late due to traffic. He called later asking us to meet at gate 6. Got to gate 6, no Abdou. Called Abdou, he insists he is at gate 6. Unfortunately, Abdou is at Dulles Airport. Called home office number explained problem, woman helping? us out said give her 5 minutes to arrange for another driver. 30 minutes later we call the home office and were on hold over 13 minutes, NEVER DID HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE. On the way to our hotel in a cramped stinky TAXI I received a satisfaction survey concerning the non-existent ride. Really?? So I call the number and am told I have to go online to get refund. I fill out a weak form and 10 days later with ZERO response from these clowns contact my Credit Card Company to stop Payment. Just received notice today of a refund... FINALLY!! DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN OUTFIT THEY ARE UNRELIABLE Wish I had read the reviews before but it was listed as a PROUD PARTNER with America Airlines ... my fault there!

    I cannot rave enough about my transportation from Dulles Airport to Pikesville, MD (a 1 hour and 17…read moreminute ride). Not only did Angie arrive on time, but she was early (I flew the red eye and landing at 6:52AM). I do not fly into Dulles often so I do not know my way around the aiport well but she helped me get out of the airport and greeted me with a warm friendly smile. This included multiple phone calls on my end, and she answered them with a positive attitude every time. The car was very clean, and the conversation was pleasant. I was in town to surprise my mom for her birthday and she went out of her way to help me with the surprise. The ride was very reasonably priced and I know who I am going to use every single time I fly in and out of Dulles. Thank you so, so so much! Brooke

    Words can't really express how pleased and satisfied I am/was with Angie and Keith with Scott's…read moreservices. They were incredible from the first contact to the final drop-off. When I started my search for a limo from the airport to the hotel I was consistently finding rates of over $100; Angie beat that price. She provided a Lincoln Town Car for about the same rate that most services wanted for a multi-stop van. Keith was our driver for three- of four trips they provided. He was one unique individual - WOW! He was a trip all by himself. The car was spotless. He had fresh bottles of cold water. He was entertaining and informative. And Angie herself picked us up for the last ride. She's a special lady. We had a number of bumps and hurdles - and all were overcome simply and easily. We had to change times, destinations, and added a separate trip at an odd time when our ship was delayed in port. The ship delay prevented us from making our plane flight home so we had to schedule an unexpected stay at the hotel, a ride from the cruise port to the hotel, and change our original ship-to-airport shuttle to accommodate the extra night in Baltimore. Angie and crew did it without fuss or problem. I've got Scott's, and Angie in my Contacts for the next trip to Baltimore or D.C. I will used them again and highly endorse them for others.
