I am one of their regular customers. They have been filing my taxes for more than 5 years now. I have personal and corporate tax forms to file, so this office helps me a lot. The office staff is very nice. For any reason if I cannot answer their call, they leave a voicemail and send an email. I never had to try to get a hold of them. I refer almost all of my friends who are looking for professional tax specialists. I had to switch maybe 3-4 tax specialists until I was referred to this office. I felt like other tax specialists were just filing my taxes before just to get over with. They never asked questions about what is coming into my account and what is going out of it and for what purpose. Since this office is added to my QuickBooks, they analyze the account activity. I have used TurboTax and H&R Block in the past, years later I realize that I never knew all tax benefits that I was eligible for. I never got any tax returns. Uncle Sam would never give me. You can use self-service platforms only if you know exactly what you are doing. My situation is not that simple, I have multiple 1099 like forms, W2, tax forms from trading platforms like Webull and TD AmeriTrade from stock trading, so I need a professional eye to go through them. There's not enough room to leave the full review but I used these guys twice now and the first time they did ok, but they only did very simple returns for a business that generated no money and just needed closed. They charged me more than I was expecting for very little work done but I didn't have a problem with that so the following year (2021 returns) I sent them 8 businesses to do and only two of the businesses had any activity and needed to stay open while the other 6 had no activity and just needed closed. I sent them all the docs required, on time and after months passed with no response, I started emailing and calling and leaving voicemails regularly with still no response. I started looking for another place to do my taxes since I couldn't get through and then halfway through the year I was contacted and their excuse was, "sorry, your emails were going to spam." I didn't realize phone calls and voicemails also went to spam and I highly doubt the IRS will accept that excuse why I was extremely late on filing my business taxes. Which also gets me on the hook for penalties and fines, which I was told don't matter since the businesses are closed and the IRS won't come after me or any other business I own because it's a different entity HAHAHAHA we all know that's not true but I pretended to believe them to have them hurry and do the taxes before the fines got larger. So they started off with 3 businesses that had no activity, did those and then reached out to me and said I have to pay 450 dollars for each one before they start the other ones! I was furious because if I know that, I would have told them to do the other businesses that had activity and were staying open. So I paid the 1350 two months ago and then I was told they are busy and will get to them asap....like what?!? I should be a top priority since I sent my taxes over a year ago and whether my emails went to spam or not, they should have tried to do whatever to show they were sorry. But instead, I have to call them every other day to get no answer and even when I leave messages, no one reaches back to me accept the receptionist who once and a while will call and say they are busy and will relay the message to Elgar and Dima. They are 100% avoiding me because they are worried about other business that makes them more money and could care less about doing what's right. They've lied and I also just received 3 fines from each of the businesses they closed for $2,520 each, which is $7,560 and there are 5 more businesses they still have not done...which means I'll be getting at least another 13k in fines coming to me, which I'm supposed to believe that won't matter since the businesses are closed and I guess the IRS is starting to forgive debts and fines. This place is a joke, don't waste your time or money and they are not honest. You're better off going to NH&R Block or even doing your own taxes with Turbo Tax! I hope this helps people trying to find a place to do their taxes b/c this place will lie and avoid you and do things on their own time while having a risk of all your correspondences going to spam! hahaha place is a joke! read more

worst ever! messed up with accounts, IRS couldn't charge money on time, because the bank account was incorrect, for my son they messed up with social security, they wrote the number of his wife, account number was incorrect, IRS couldn't charge money, we were forced to contact IRS and to fix all mistakes!!!! When I needed a certificate for a mortgage just for 3 rows - asked $500 then when I told that another accountants do it for $100 they told $250, the motivation was that banks call them and they are responsible,(only they are called?)really banks very, very rare can call, practically they don't, they just use the situation that you depend on them and take off 3 skins from you. I had a hearing in workers compensation court, where I was asked to bring my taxes, there my lawyers found a lot of discrepancies. Certainly, I regret my decision to entrust them with my tax. read more

Unfortunately, we tried to follow that advice and got into a messy situation that made filing taxes in the correct way nearly impossible. I'm so glad I found Eldar and his team! He took the time to listen to my situation and in a professional and friendly manner, explained where we went wrong and why the advice we were given was incorrect.
