He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing as far as the switches and remote controls. The motor for one of the remote controlled fans blew out and he offered to come install the new one once I received a replacement. I asked for him to remove and install an additional fan and he did just that without any complaints. If in need of an electrician in the future I will be using this company. The services described in the provided service agreement were not done. the agreement says "Ductwork: Check for air leaks, and seal ducts." AND also " Insulation: Inspect and maintain insulation on ducts and refrigerant lines." These items were not done. When I called to talk about it the manager or whoever I talked to kept asking if I told him about a problem and That he looked at the ductwork at the inside unit. There is NO ductwork at the inside unit. There is a plenum which goes into the attic where the ductwork is. There was insulation missing on the chilled supply line from the exterior AC unit. That was not repaired. And he never looked at the ductwork at all and it was in need of repair. She kept arguing, talking over me! that he had done everything and that the ductwork was not included and saying he had done everything. So she just deleted the invoice.Now they can probably claim that this review is fake. It is not. They were very unpleasant

On top of that, their guys are honest and explain everything clearly. I understand my system better now, and this past week when I had another problem, they explained all my options simply so that I could make an informed decision. He provided a quote on the spot and fixed the leak in short order. For me, getting him here and getting this issue resolved was key. I will also say the dispatch was friendly and kept me updated on arrival time. This is professional plumber - call them to get the issue resolved right the first visit. They also guarantee their work, meaning they know what they do and will back it up.

Also, I am sure this is an industry standard but $370 with about $100 worth of parts (at most) for 30 minutes is outlandish. When will the customer get a break for technology advancement? Because of new fittings and clamps, there was no sweating or soldering saving the plumber a lot of time and hassles....not passed on to the customer.
