So this company is extremely responsive, arrives on time, does the work, informs of any issues to…read moreaddress in the future (no pressure discussion) and has presented reasonable pricing. I have used them twice now-once - planned and once - unplanned. First service was to clear dryer vent since it had not been done in the 8 yrs (new install) I have owned the home (my bad). David cleared it, tested the air flow and everything worked fine. Advised of a future need which would be a warranty item thus a little more cost and time to complete. Second service - 2.5 mos later late on a Friday, the dryer went into a full alert due to high pressure and shut itself off (built-in safety mechanism). I contacted the company that evening baffled as to why and when could they send someone to inspect it. They responded late that evening that David would arrive first thing Monday morning. He arrived on time - checked the airflow which was fine but the alert was still active. So David went into the crawl space to inspect the duct system and behold it was bad and dangerous (from 8 yrs ago) - flex duct which was easily 3X the length required, 2" vs 4" piping in/out of crawl space using pvc piping, compromised flex duct in the laundry room causing dust to settle around and behind the washer and dryer units - not evident in the open area. It was all incorrectly installed and ultimately dangerous to my home. I was fortunate that I had never suffered a fire. He quoted me a repair and 4 days later he was onsite resetting the whole duct system. Ran into a problem with ducting into the crawl space, dispatched a couple of his guys to come and assist and the work was done in 3 hours, space cleaned and everything tested and the alert was resolved. Pricing was acceptable. I will definitely engage them again if and when necessary. Thanks

Bait and switch - avoid…read more This company is a scam. Our AC went out, they gave us a full quote for two different HVAC options. After reviewing multiple quotes we decided to go with Integrity, but realized some of the details from their quote seemed odd - for example listing an outdated refrigerant. When we asked for details they let us know "Oh sorry, the units in your quote don't exist anymore so here are your two new final quotes!" Both quotes increased by over $3,000. Scam of a company. Do NOT move forward with their fake quotes it is a bait and switch!

Unfortunately we ended up finding out that the ducts were worse then we thought and had to get extra work done but Jamie worked with us so we could proceed with getting everything done without delay. He is very responsive, reliable, and honest. Thank you Jamie for helping us with our duct cleaning and going above and beyond answering all our questions and providing valuable tips for us.

TL;DR: Aggressive and rude worker. Doesn't respect your time at all. Owner first tried to shame me…read moreinto not posting a review, then tried to bribe me (see pics.) Since I posted a review on Google, he sent several fresh insulting and text messages to my partner. Since I understood that the ducts in my house might be old and need to be replaced, rather than go with the previous company I used, I found Dynasty Ducts. I called this company and asked them to come and clean my ducts. They tried to end the call without mentioning the cost, but after asking told me that the cleaning would be $200-300 and that was the only charge ever mentioned. First the person coming to clean my ducts called me 45 minutes before a 2 hour window, at 8:15 AM. When the duct cleaner pulled up, he didn't introduce himself and mumbled as he followed me into the house staring at me, as though I should know where to begin. After I asked him if he wanted to start inside or out, he began. After several minutes, he informed me that my ducts were of a type that can't be cleaned and they would need to replace them. When I went to ask questions, he just shoved a paper in my face, loudly speaking about code in an incoherent fashion. He followed this up by telling me that he needs to cut a hole in the lower ceiling and/or upper floor to replace the duct. When I tried to explain to him that that was unnecessary as the duct is not between floors, he began speaking louder over me to tell me I was wrong and the only place the duct could be was between the floors. After he got tired of talking over me and not answering any questions, he called his manager who never actually spoke to me despite being told twice that he was on speakerphone. Insultingly, he spoke only to his employee who then relayed it to me. While on speakerphone. The best part of the in-person interactions is that after they informed me that they aren't going to clean the ducts and would have to replace them by unnecessarily ripping my house apart, he then informed me that there was a $50 fee for coming out. This was never expressed prior to this, the only pricing ever mentioned by the company/owner were for the cleaning itself. Had this owner asked a few simple follow-up questions then they would not have come out here, e.g. asked what kind of ducting is already installed to see if it can be cleaned. My partner tried to call and complain about the service. Rather than being apologetic and calm, the owner continuously talked over her every time she attempted to talk. She informed him that the call was over and hung up. He immediately tried to call back, but was ignored. The real fun begins after this, when he began texting directly. I've included screenshots below of both sides of the conversation. As you can see he starts out with calling previous companies a "scam" and closing with a vague "that is on your karma." My partner returned a message already talking about how we know codes change, things might need to be replaced and we were open to that, but wanted better service than over-talk and being ignored. He then threw me under the bus, saying I don't understand codes, despite me asking questions and trying to explain to them both (the worker whose name is still unknown and the owner) that ripping the house up was unnecessary. He then devolved into condescension and talking down as though we hadn't already both tried to talk to him about these actual codes. My partner sent another message explaining, again, that the problem is not the codes and that it needs to be replaced, but that the "customer service" we received was very poor and that was our issue. He was then told the conversation was over. Despite this, he decided to send another text. In this one, he offered to refund the arbitrary $50 fee IF AND ONLY IF I didn't post a review. I did not accept his offer, as I feel more people should see this and understand exactly how he came to have such high reviews despite such awful service.
