The only issue we had was the move got pushed back a day, but that was mostly due to another client being somewhat less that truthful about the amount of stuff they had, so the "small job" they were trying to do on the same day became a 12-hour ordeal for them. I get it, and it actually worked out fine. I have to say that William was more than accommodating, and the price was incredible! Completely blew everyone else out of the water! Bobby and Jeffrey, even though I knew they were exhausted, took the time to really put things where I wanted them, and helped me get a little bit sorted so I can live in the new place. I can't stress enough how much that helped me! I have a couple of physical issues, and I was pretty much done half-way through, but they just took care of it all, and now I can at least get ready for work in the morning. The two men he had assigned to move the furniture were very friendly and polite, but not very professional in the sense that they asked the homeowner that we purchased the sofa set from to use their bathroom and asked them for some water. One also asked to use our bathroom upon delivery. It's my opinion that they should have their own water and should have used their facilities before they left or stopped to use the facilities somewhere before they picked up the order and/or stopped before delivery. Although they were 15 min late for the appointment time already, so maybe that's why they did not want to stop on the way, but that's still no excuse to ask to use a homeowners bathroom in my opinion. They did do a wonderful job of protecting the furniture by wrapping it with moving blankets and plastic. They also did a wonderful job of setting up our furniture in our home. For the delivery, Mike also had given his team the wrong delivery address for our home, missed a digit, so it took longer for them to get here. Since they charge by the hour, that isn't a good thing, although I'm sure it was an honest mistake. They did adjust their hourly rate by an extra 15 minutes, so that probably made up for any additional expense that it would've made. We just had to wait a little longer for our delivery than anticipated. Not a huge difference for us, but might be critical to someone else.

We rented the unit through their website which was very easy. When I went to the office to get the unit number I was greeted by John who is incredibly nice, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Unlike our other unit this unit is caged off at about 8' so we needed to get a larger unit which was no hassle to do at all. We were still saving A LOT of money. John and the prices of the units are what make this storage facility the best one in Fort Myers, Florida!

She asked all the important questions and provided me with key points of information that would be helpful for the move . She was also able to give me an approximate estimate regarding the timeframe and cost of the move. The day before the move, I was contacted for confirmation. Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. Raz and Calvin arrived promptly at 8 am . They securely wrapped all my furniture and kyak and transported them to our new condo in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. I shared with the crew that growing up in Bronx NY my dad worked for a moving company so I know how hard they work on what can be a tiring and difficult job.
