The person we spoke to was articulate and ensured we received our complete order: boxes, covers, and easy and fast check-in. Moving is hard enough so to encounter a person who is good at his job and made our day easier is a blessing. Tip: They close at 5:00 pm so if you return the truck after hours, just drop the keys into the lock box after you lock up the truck, after returning.

I understand I have an obligation to pay my bill. I always catch up and pay my bill. I no longer live in NJ and the person who was supposed to pay for the unit is ill at the moment. I take care of my expenses where I live and her expenses as well including medical until the divorce is settled. I kindly asked to allow me to catch up in a week as I've been overburdened and not even present in country in most weeks of the month. This was their response: The account is 34 days past due. There is a balance owed of $265.78. Please note that there is only one day left to make a full payment. The account will be going into foreclosure as of 06/17/2019. And a $110.00 lien fee will be added. That would bring your amount to $ 375.78. Please don't make it to 35 days. I can make a note into your account stating that you will be making a payment on 06/21/2019. But, the balance of $375.78 must be made in full. Please note we no longer accept partial payments. All payments must be made in full. Well.. I believe a little room for flexibility would have helped my situation as I have every intention of paying this debt and maybe even use the unit until the divorce is settled. Now, Cubesmart's management's lack of empathy made me want to end business with them and write as many reviews as possible for the gross display coldness towards someone who is having a hardship. The only resin I I'm giving a 2 star instead of 1 star is because of a manager Mamés Shirley. She's awesome and very kind.

My storage unit was inaccurately auctioned off June 13th, when I was being rushed in from medical emergency, I am 62 years old with a condition. When I arrived the staff member and buyer agreed to sell it back to me that week for $1000., I agreed, this was my life's work and all possessions from childhood including birth certificates and social security that is now being fraudulently used by those buyers! They have assumed my information and living off of it! Two full rooms of furniture have been robbed from me. The staff is crooked should be removed. Don't ever believe that first month free pitch its fake and they will screw you in the end. My bank checks they are being used, and I am now suing for extensive damages. I have childhood memorabilia, that can't be replaced. My medical equipment for pain was included and I must have it. The staff is a revolving door of crooks no one goes the distance. There is illegal activity going on there after hours. Mohammed doesn't care about anyone down there. They are definitely under investigation and should be shut down closed permanently. I regret ever going there initially however I have multiple authorities auditing this business, I need justice for my possessions that have be marketed wrongfully. I have saved voice mails and texts as proof. It has raised my blood pressure and made me sick. I want to spare any one the grief I am experiencing at this point, I lost all my awards plaque of achievement and diplomas those buyers now use unlawfully. Stay away from them they are not worth a dime or penny! The staff are thieves, and they robbed the units too.

Units on upper floors are only accessible if you have a security code for the elevator.
