I also had an air conditioned storage unit at Dubuqueland for over a year and I had no problems with access or bugs. Their customer service was second to none. They even mailed me the keys to my padlock that I accidentally turned in. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my completely positive experience.

I gave my termination notice, per requirement of the contract we signed, on unit number 69 which I have been renting for 1.5 years. I want to thank you for offering to your customers a reliable, clean and affordable storage area. During the time I was renting the unit I did not experience any leaks in the unit or damp moisture (even in the cardboard boxes). During the winter, getting to the unit was always accessible even though it was located in the back area of the storage units. The only reason I no longer need to rent a unit is due to my purchasing a home in Neshkoro, WI...so storage is no longer needed.
