Tried to open my truck for about 2 minutes and left. They didn't call me but called the insurance company to send out a locksmith, which is super expensive and not covered by insurance. 30 minutes later Insurance called another provider scheduled to arrive in an hour. They were able to open the truck in under 5 minutes. I'm sure McCanns has some great qualities but in a pinch I wouldn't suggest them for opening a locked car.

We explained to him that we will work with a company called U-Ship to transport the trailer to us. Buying something this big on the internet was a bit scary. Doug set up a video call and gave us a tour of the trailer and answered all of our questions. Very informative! We arranged to ship, Doug took care of the trailer getting it ready for the long haul to CA. He even winterized it for us knowing it was going over some mountains. We received the trailer in 3 days, set it up, and was super satisfied! Everything was exactly what Doug showed us and told us! This was the easiest transaction I have ever had! The owner blocked my number the day I reported it, and when he unblocked it refused to answer my calls and barely communicated via text. I would have to send around 3 messages to get a reply. As I write this, the owner has blocked my number and has not returned any of my texts. He called my stuff junk, originally just offered 40 bucks for retrobution, and when confronted about when to pay me told me the company didn't currently have the money for it. His crew literally threw my stuff down stairs, did not wrap it, and generally just treated it like garbage. They then lied and said they cleaned up afterwards and said I told them I would fix certain damage when I did not. They also left a recliner, weight bench, and weights they said they would go back for. The owner lied to the BBB about my stuff already bring broken. I have texts with him agreeing with me that his crew damaged my things and the damage us clearly moving damage. No business has been even close to treating me this poorly. Do not use these people.
