Me and my mom are very blessed to hear about this transit service from friends that have used their…read moreservices. They are very kind, professional and compassionate people. My mom lives in a nursing home, so hasn't been out of facility in over a year. They give us a big surprise after her doctor's appointment. She got to tour downtown Fredericksburg, Central Park,the baseball stadium,and the Spotsylvania Mall area. These places we take for granted since we see all the time. My mom hasn't seen these areas in a very long time. She actually never seen Central Park or baseball stadium when it was first built since she hasn't been able to drive a car in sometime. On the first occasion I suffered a bout of dizziness and fell after returning from my doctors appointment. They were able to guide me down so I didn't hurt myself. Then stayed with me until paramedics arrived to help get me back up. It was determined that I needed to be transported to the hospital. The second time was returning me from the hospital, without incident. They also gave me a great rate for both transports. Cannot thank them enough, especially the first time. Highly recommend these folks.

Lifecare transported me from Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center to Mary Washington. They were…read morevery nice, engaging, and helpful during the 7.5 mile transport. Thank you Carleen and Michael. Billing was very understanding and accomodating with the amount they charged. Don't hesitate to ask them for help. They really do care. I found out that Healthkeepers canceled their contract with Lifecare. It is very disappointing that Healthkeepers would do that, especially when there are no inter-hospital transports that are in-network right now, and Spotsy county ambulance does not do inter-hospital transport. Healthkeepers lack of care/concern leaves their patients with balance billing (suprise bills). But, call Lifecare. They will help you work it out! Until more state or federal protections are given the consumer for ground ambulance surprise billing, I am glad Lifecare does protect and is empathetic! Thank you Lifecare!

NO!! NEVER CALL LIFECARE Fredericksburg. Never. Mary Washington Hospital ER called them for…read moretransportation home against my wishes. Did not realize this until they had arrived and I saw the stretcher in the hallway outside my room. Had the money and should have walked up front from the ER and called a taxi. Lifecare forced me on a stretcher against my will and strapped me down. After arriving to my home I got up off the stretcher and walked toward my driveway to inside my home. They followed me into my garage, asked how many cars I owned and asked the make and models of the cars in my garage. None of their business. Then Lifecare forced their way into my home invading my privacy as I walked freely on my own. You don't need this. No one needs this. NEVER EVER call this private ambulance and when someone else does walk the other way. You will be glad you did. If I could give them a zero star I would.
