All was in track - I straightened and cleared my house ready for a fantastic experience. Then a single cleaner arrived over an hour late, then I was told the fee would be increased by $50 because of dog hair (which I agreed to). About 30 minutes into the job, her vacuum quit and that should have clued me into the dependability of this company. The cleaner was pleasant but did a very haphazard job and it was by no means a 'deep' cleaning. The underlying issue was that it was a large house and cleaning was more than a one-person job. This company charged me $310 for less than 5 hours of work ($62/hr) and my house is still not clean! She didn't even bother to wipe down the kitchen bar, island or cabinets! The dining table, a side table and a buffet were not dusted. A portion of the livingroom floor was not mopped. Both downstairs bathrooms had dust and scum issues. When I asked the next day for a partial refund, they offered to send the cleaner out again. It wasn't worth the hassle to me. Save yourself the headache - there are many other service-oriented, capable companies to choose from. Let my pricey lesson serve as an example for you. Go elsewhere.....

I hired them for deep clean (after tenant moved out) and carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaning went great. The clean was not detailed and there were a lot of things I needed to revisit (had to hire another person) which you can see in photos. I messaged them about my concern 2 hours after the clean and didnt hear back, I messaged them again 4 days later and they said they offer a 24 hour guarantee and would make an exception. By that time I had hired someone else to address the cleaning areas they missed. They offered me a $20 refund (10 of the cleaning cost not including carpet). I'm not satisfied with the resolution but they did try to address it even if it was a poor attempt. I will not be using them again, but as a new business I think they may just be working out the kinks.

I went to get an estimate and book online, but after completing all the information and answering all of the questions, it errored out forcing me to email for a quote and to schedule. There were days of back and forth emails with complicated explanations about various shifts and workers arriving at different times. Nothing was easy about this process. I finally scheduled and was hoping the clean would redeem the booking process. The staff member arrived on time and was super friendly. It was clear she was working hard and wanted to do a good job. She did ask me for several supplies, which surprised me, as I hadn't experienced that before and wouldn't have anticipated. I had work meetings during the latter part of her cleaning. When I was done, I discovered that she had needed even more supplies, so had to call a family member to bring them and then had that person help finish up. This meant she let someone into my home when I was unaware and potentially not employed by the company. Very alarming. Afterwards, I inspected the work and found some of it was well done and other parts were not. She told me she couldn't do the shower because she didn't have the appropriate supplies. The floors were not done well at all and we had to go back and clean them ourselves. The owner followed up to ask how things went and if we'd like to schedule regular cleanings. I relayed our experience, asking if I should expect to provide supplies and if the shower would be handled at the next visit. I never heard from them again.
