I called my local Safelite auto glass to get a quote on windshield replacement. Instead of being connected to my local store, I first had to go through an AI assistant. This system is seriously flawed as the assistant didn't understand any of the prompts. She was finally able to gather all of my information, including my name, my phone number, and my car make and model. Next, I was connected to a service center. The woman at the service center, and then proceeded to collect ALL of the same information from me. She proceeded to give me my quote and told me they recommended getting my windshield wipers replaced and it would be $380 for the premium package. She said she would go ahead and get me scheduled for that. I told her I just wanted a windshield, nothing extra,just a windshield. That brought the price down to $255. They are charging over $100 for windshield wiper replacement! That is ridiculous! I could see someone like my mother calling in and just paying $380 without thinking about it ,because service center didn't say there was an option without this and made it seem like that was the price. it has been about 40 minutes now on the phone and she transfers me to my local shop, which was where I was trying to call in the first place. The local shop then proceeds to gather ALL of the same information from me. None of this information is transferred on from one phone call to the next. An hour later, and I finally have my appointment! Such a hassle! I have half of mind to just go with another company because they make this so difficult. How many people are you paying to do the job that the local shop did in less than 5 minutes!! read more

so I have a crack in the windshield of my truck and everyone told me to go to Safelite but when I finally had the chance to go in they didn't even look at the crack and told me they can't fix it unless I replace the whole windshield I would not recommend going here the customer service is horrible absolutely not worth the drive to even go there!! read more

My elderly in-laws had Safelite replace the glass on their passenger min-van door. Upon completion, they noticed that their van door would not close properly. They called Safelite and they said they would fix it and to get an estimate. After, they seen that the part was $800, they refused. I've had good success with these guys and dealt with them twice now. 1st time: Last year my windshield was damaged by a projectile as I was driving through a construction zone on Highway 91 near Smithfield. I contacted the State of Utah, was eventually directed to Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Liberty cut me a check for my new windshield. I took it to SafeLite and the service was excellent. It was professionalism from the git-go. 2nd time: Yesterday while driving northbound on Interstate 15 toward Pocatello my windshield was hit by another flying object. A rock chip the size of a quarter was the outcome. I took it to Satellite this morning and they fixed it for free. It was fixed so well you couldn't even tell there was ever a rock chip in the first place. read more

I've been to Logan's Safelite location twice. The first time, my window was smashed during a road trip. The shop was able to get my window replaced as soon as I got home, relieving a lot of stress and anxiety about trying to schedule a repair from the road. This summer I needed my windshield replaced (thank you, Utah road construction). I had a few issues scheduling an appointment through my insurance carrier so I ended up scheduling directly through Safelite- everyone we talked to at the shop was professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got an appointment that fit my schedule and that I knew exactly what I would end up paying for. They helped resolve a frustrating situation quickly and positively. The technician, Adam, was professional and friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend these guys and come back next time if (or when, honestly) I need another window repaired on my car. read more

Got a big crack in my windshield and looked online for replacement quotes in Logan. Safelite was the cheapest quote and I even found a $20 off coupon online so I went with them. The two technicians I interacted with were fantastic, knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. I feel very comfortable leaving them a five star review. Others may be able to match this level of service (maybe) but it's basically impossible to beat. Definitely recommend. read more

I'm going to change my rating from 1 to two stars since they do have good customer service as far as the repair guy being nice sand everyone I've talked to seemed to try to be helpful (though in the end maybe only use this service if you are paying out of pocket as they won't fix a botched repair if your insurance covers it even though all their repairs are under "warrenty") If you have a larger chip, don't trust that they can fix it, even if they say they can unless you're paying out of pocket. read more

we had some side windows put our 1951 gmc,with channeling and seals! jack the manager was very helpful, the guy how done the actual work on the truck, broke both of the vent window rails takeing them off,requireing us to get them welded, he lied about any wrong doing! overall the installation was very sloppy and poorly done! we would not advise anyone with a old priceless truck to have anything done at logan safelite! read more

I set up an appointment to use my insurance and the bill was going to be $500 (exactly my deductible for comprehensive). I then set up a second appointment for the same car, and the cash price was $314 after two online coupons brought it down $40. Novus glass nearby gave me a price of $235 before tax. Guess where I'm getting service! Safelite will scam you if given the chance. Lord only knows how much they planned to charge my insurance! Always check the cash price first and shop around. FYI, all replacement windshields are made in the same factory, so there is no difference in quality. read more

They were very nice the first time I went there and replaced my windshield at the beginning of Nov 2016. When winter came and it was in the negatives, my car got a huge crack and spread fast. I went in to see about a warranty since I just got it done. The best they could do was say oh that will be another 150.00 dollar. Not much less than what I paid the first time. Just because it's the cheapest in town, doesn't mean the quality is good! Or the customer satisfaction service is either. I will not be going back there. I would rather pay more.
