Our daughter was in an accident which resulted in her car being taken to Caliber Collision. While the entire place did a fantastic job of moving quickly to assess the damage and get the information to our insurance company, it was Tenaya who went above and beyond. When insurance determined that the car would be totaled out, they asked if we needed to go through the vehicle again. Our daughter, still recovering from the injuries, said that she thought she got everything out. Tenaya decided to check for us one more time. When she went out she located our daughter's Apple Airpods. If anyone knows, those are frequently stolen as they are not tied to an icloud account like the phone. They are a stand alone item. Tenaya saw those and realized our daughter would be upset over losing them. She took them into her office and located our number. Our daughter thought those were long gone but Tenaya went above and beyond by not only finding them but also by calling and getting them back to us.
