WOW. Prompt service when nobody else could or would help. There we were at the Blueberry Patch when…read morethe battery in our Chevy towed vehicle decided die. Good Sam sent somebody to jump the battery but it was too far gone. They do not have an on site battery replacement service. No big deal, I thought, I also have roadside assistance with my primary auto insurance but they also do not replace batteries. So I call a few of the local auto parts stores....they sell them and replace them but only at their stores. Frustrated and tired, we were supposed to leave that morning for our next stop in KY, I went to speak to a lady at the Blueberry Patch and told her my dilemma and that I would have to stay an extra night because of my disabled vehicle. Call LESCH BATTERIES she advised, they are right down the street. I did and spoke with Scott who said he was about to close, it was a slow day, and he would come out to check out to give me a jump. Not enough juice left in the battery, he went back to his shop and picked up a new battery and had it installed in no time flat at a price that was just about half what I was quoted by another battery installer. Not the end of the story. My motorhome has 2 "house batteries" that are used when the motorhome is not connected to an outside power source. I knew these were weak and was planning to replace them upon our return home in Florida. So, after getting all hooked up, I drove the motorhome to his shop and agreed to have Scott replace both my "house" batteries. Scott went above and beyond to help us out with our situation. He was kind, friendly and courteous. He told me that he was having a slow day and liked being able to help us out. I hope the 3 battery sale at the end of his slow day helped make a decent day for him and Lesch Battery. I dont just recommend Scott and Lesch Batteries, I highly recommend them. Thank you Scott for your willingness to help us out of an unpleasant situation.

My lease to my current car was coming up due and after testing driving a few different vehicles I…read moreknew I wanted to either go electric or hybrid. I started researching makes and models on the Volvos and was interested in the XC40 electric and XC60 hybrid. MMG was the only dealership that had the XC60 hybrid there and they had mentioned that the XC40 electric was at the dealership. I scheduled my test drive and made it up from Columbus to MMG. When I arrived I was told to see Matt L, who was super nice and welcoming. He did deliver the not so nice news that the XC40 electric had not arrived (-1 star... I would have probably postponed my test drive appointment with some heads up notice), but Matt truthfully answered all of my questions about the XC40 electric and unfortunately the technology and range wasn't suitable for my needs (but would have been a great commuter car). However since I was already up there, I decided why not give the XC60 hybrid a test drive. Matt took me around as he explained the different features on the car, and then it was my turn to take it for a spin and I was hooked! Although he gave me the initial numbers, I couldn't stay to negotiate things, as I had an appointment to get to, but Matt gave me his card and the rest of the negotiation was handled over the phone and text. We went back and forth a few times, and I will say Matt was patient with me in running through different options until we settled on the final price of the vehicle and what my lease terms would be (the offered better lease incentives). Pickup the car was a seamless process as I had all of my paperwork overnighted to me ahead of time. I can't wait to enjoy my new car for the next 3 years and definitely would return to MMG for other car needs even if it's a different car maker!

They took a picture of the problem, called me 3 days later to tell me that I should take it back to the dealership from which I purchased it to have it taken care of. They wouldn't even attempt to get it repaired under warranty. Was told originally that they would contact Nissan to verify it was a warranty issue. When I asked if they did, he said he didn't know if they had or not. Just a very poor experience with a Nissan approved dealership which I thought could have been handled with much more professionalism.
