I had my dogs with me and everything happened without a hiccup. The fix is perfect for my needs. At some point way, way down the road I might look into a new windshield at this point I won't unless I have another issue with stray rocks from gravel trucks. What a day of crazy weather and truckers.

I felt a bad vibe as soon as I walked in. The women upfront were so cold and unfriendly. They acted like me needing a quote was such an inconvenience to them. I explained that I was in a rush but it just seemed to fuel their rude behavior so I just left and I certainly won't be returning. If they had been warmer and more professional about it then I would have been willing to wait. I would have asked for a manager but I could tell that this location is poorly managed. Simply because the projected arrogance stated that they have been getting away with poor customer service for quite awhile now. I'm not requiring some empty apology reply with a useless explanation. If whoever is reading this is truly concerned, then simply address the issue. Customer service is everything. I suggest sending your employees to specialized customer service training or replace them with better and more capable people.

Talked to the owner and he gave me a price. I called back to see if that was the OEM Ford windshield. He said no that it costs more. I told him our insurance covered a Ford windshield. So I called insurance and sure enough they do and she was going to call and set up. So then I get a call from the office lady. She asked all the questions to see if I had sensors and stuff and set appointment for two days later. I showed up (9:45am) and she seemed frazzled but finally found my paperwork in the stack of papers. She called her brother back in the shop to tell him I was there and had an appointment. He came up and got my keys and they took it into the shop. He then came up and was all freaking about the side plastic on each side of my windshield and wanted his sister to call and see if she could find parts just in case he broke mine. They began to argue in front of me and my son. He then walked out and came back and said "Oh, your car isn't a year model that we need to worry about." So then he went back into the shop. He kept coming back and forth dealing with some couple he called to come in for whatever reason other than glass. The office lady walked me back to make sure they took off all the stickers from old windshield. The old one was shattered all across. Not sure why they did that to get it out. Around 11:15 he came in to tell me he needed to drive my car to calibrate it. He said it would take 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later he showed back up. I walked out to get in my car and it WAS NOT a Ford windshield. I walked back in to tell him and he immediately started looking for his sister. She came out of the house behind their shop and was immediately rude. She told me she could get a Ford windshield in a week but they would have to take the one the installed out and put my shattered (because of them) windshield back in. Umm what?! So I got on phone with insurance company. I started finding things wrong inside my car and outside. I had glass all over my dash and in my seats. The middle sensor part above my rearview mirror was not lined up or put back on right. They scratched my hood and side plastic pieces. New windshield has epoxy on it. Plus so much more! Don't waste your time here. They could care less how they treat your vehicle.

I had a very positive experience with them so i was confident in taking my Ford Explorer this time. They were very thorough and quick in their estimate for Nationwide Insurance. The insurance company drug their feet in getting everything approved so Pat Gray contacted them many times on my behalf. As soon as they got clearance they worked on it right away and completed the work in a very timely manner. I also received thorough updates from Steven regarding the progress of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new. It was quality workmanship and it was cleaned and washed. I also inquired about replacing the weatherstrip trim on my car door. Scott told me he would order it right away and 3 days later he called me to bring my car by and installed it right away at no charge. Actually this is the third time I have used this body shop and have had a great experience each time! Thanks Pat Gray for the great customer service and taking pride in your work! Lisa L.

Insurance gives them a budget on what they can fix which was weirdly stressed throughout them having the car.. budget and work ethic are two different things. Taking pride in your work if you will. As the paint job can give you and example. Stressed their budget then and upon pick up and expressed to the person they called to pick up the car that WASNT ME, NOR THEIR CAR. Insurance gives them a budget on money, not their work ethic & performance. Time frame continuously extending, never received updates to be notified on status. Didn't know anything at any point unless I contacted them myself. Like when insurance contacted them letting them know changes were made. They put the wrong name down to hold place for my car. And called the wrong number when the car was finished. This person made them aware of calling the wrong number and still didn't reach out to me to make me aware of my car being finished. Despite me calling continuously on my personal number. The link they provide with texts and calls to stay updated, no one updates you nor answers. My link gave me the go on my car being ready for pick up, and I double checked by calling and he said they had no control over the link and kept the car an additional week. Front desk worker, is highly unprofessional, personality, attire, professionalism didn't seem to exist to her even though she chose a customer service position? a mess if you will. Ignored when you walk in, she wanted to continue gossiping in the back and told me to wait. Won't greet you upon entry even though this is her place of work, she chose this position she chooses to clocks in to get paid for. Yet treats customers like doing her job is an inconvenience. Lady that sits closest to the entry door. You'll know as soon as she chooses to look up and say anything . One big disappointing and dissatisfied experience. Will never recommend

I was initially happy with the tint, but soon realized that it needed to be redone for a small defect; (it was obstructing my view). I called and spoke to the daughter of the owner who assured me they could retrim the tint (it was an eyebrow tint over the windshield) for no additional charge. Sounded good! I showed up and they tore the original work they had done and then told me that they couldn't trim the tint, but they would happily replace the tint for an additional charge of $35. It was a shakedown for sure. They had absolutely no customer service. I asked to speak to the manager (her father) but was told he wasn't available. After some haggling, they replaced the tint but did such a terrible job that there are streaks in the tint, bubbles throughout the work, and left over residue throughout the dash of my vehicle. I will not return to this place and warn everyone about Tall City Tint. Pictures are attached. You can see the streaks and other materials that were left on the windshield. Update: Finally made contact with the owner of this shady business. My thoughts have not changed. This place and the staff are not honorable. Customer beware!

I showed the tech, whom I believe is also the owner, that the driver's side window drops a quarter inch when you open the door. He said multiple times that he has been tinting for more than 20 years and knows how to do the job. When he finished with the car, a 2020 BMW convertible, I could see that the dot matrix on the windows had not been dry tacked. He also said I could roll down the windows and drop the top right away, which he had me do. I rolled up the windows and raised the top after I left the shop. Any seasoned, professional tinted will tell you to wait AT LEAST 24 hours, if not 3 days, before rolling the windows down. The tech told me he had rolled the windows down and dropped the top already. By the time I got home (2.5 hours away), I could see the bubbles at the lower quarter inch of the driver's side window. There was also a sloppy cut on the bottom of the rear quarter panel on the driver's side. In addition, the passenger's side window has 4 or 5 "specks" of something that got trapped between the film and the glass. There are other imperfections on four windows that have not "worked themselves out," as the guy said they would aftwr 2 days. The rear window seems to be the only decent tint on the car. Unacceptable. He also let his wife drive my car from the garage to the front parking spot, which is unconventional. There were a couple of positives worth mentioning, to be fair. He did let me know about a scratch in a window that may or may not be more visible with the tint. He and the young woman working the counter were both friendly. Unfortunately, my calls to bring the car in for a tint fix were unanswered over a four-hour period when the shop was allegedly open the following Monday, which is fine because in the end, I'm not confident the issues would be resolved a second time around. I made an appointment with a shop that has stellar reviews to get the tint fixed. I'm looking at paying an additional $200 on what initially cost $298 for ceramic tint. This amount does not include the additional 5-hour round trip I will have to make. The tech said it only took him 1.5 hours to install the tint. I would have gladly waited 3 hours to have the job done right.
