They were fast, efficient and very communicative about what was happening with car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Worst body shop experience I've ever had. I took my car to Julio's Body Shop and the results were…read morebeyond terrible. The new bumper they put on wasn't even installed correctly -- my dad had to pop it in because it was hanging loose. The paint didn't even match and was already cracking. On top of that, my horn doesn't work, my cruise control doesn't work, my outside temperature sensor stopped working, half of my driver-side headlight doesn't work, and even the battery warning light came on after their so-called "repair." When I took it to a real mechanic, they told me this was one of the worst jobs they've ever seen. They said whoever worked on my vehicle didn't even bother to plug things back in properly. That explains all the electrical issues I'm now dealing with. When I asked Julio about it, he suddenly claimed the wires were "spliced up," which is completely untrue. Funny how he only mentioned that after I brought up the check engine light and other problems. If I hadn't said anything, he probably wouldn't have admitted to anything at all. To make things worse, the customer service is just as bad. His mother, who works the front desk, was rude as hell. When I asked how long the repair would take, she gave me attitude and snapped back, "None of your business. When you have your own shop you can do what you want." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Julio also ignored my calls and texts, and when I finally reached out again, he acted like he didn't even know who I was. Totally shady. And to top it all off, he randomly told my wife he was "7 months sober from meth." Totally unnecessary and not something a customer should ever hear. Here's some pics of the horrible job they did so you can see for yourself. NEVER have I ever seen work done this poorly. I was supposed to bring the car back to let him "fix it," but I'm not risking letting him mess it up even worse. I'm taking it to a real mechanic who actually knows what they're doing. If you care about your vehicle, avoid Julio Jr. and this shop at all costs.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience honestly deserves one…read more I was in a rear end accident and took my car here expecting professional repair work. What I got back was completely unacceptable. The paint job was poorly done, uneven, peeling, and full of visible imperfections. It honestly looked worse than before I brought it in. Trying to give them a fair chance, I took the car back and asked them to fix it. You would think they would make it right the second time, but somehow it came back just as bad, if not worse. At that point, it is not just a mistake, it is a clear lack of care, skill, and accountability. I am extremely disappointed. When you trust a shop with your car after an accident, you expect quality work and attention to detail. That did not happen here. If you care about your car and how it looks, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. This place will only leave you frustrated and stuck with subpar work.

The problems started with the initial estimate, which included parts that were clearly not damaged…read more For example, a tail light was listed as scratched even though it was nowhere near the damaged area. The actual damage was limited to the bumper, tailgate, and a small section of the bed where the bumper contacted it. The first time I was told my truck was ready, I found lint trapped behind the paint. Devon, the representative I was dealing with, claimed it was not behind the paint and said it could be buffed out. Additionally, the freshly painted side of the bed was covered in tree sap from being parked under a tree, making it dirty and impossible to properly inspect. I refused to accept the vehicle and asked for the issues to be corrected. At that point, Devon stated they were not going to respray it and that he was not ordering new decals. His attitude was essentially that the work had already been done once and he was not willing to redo it, despite visible paint defects. The second time I was called to pick up the truck, the lint issue still had not been fixed, the tailgate cap had been broken during disassembly, and there was also a paint chip that had not been addressed. After pointing this out, Devon reluctantly agreed to respray the bumper. When I went to pick it up for the third time, the paint was worse than before, with even more lint trapped behind it and overspray on adjacent panels due to improper masking. The general manager, Todd, eventually came out to inspect the issues and was professional and understanding. He acknowledged the problems and stated they would tear it down and make it right. However, on the day I was scheduled to pick it up for the fourth time, I was informed they had burned through the paint with a buffer and would need to respray it again. While I will update this review once the repair is finally completed, the customer service I received from Devon alone is enough to ensure I will never return to this location. Refusing to properly redo defective work and dismissing issues as "small" is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Caliber Collision location

At some point way, way down the road I might look into a new windshield at this point I won't unless I have another issue with stray rocks from gravel trucks. I felt a bad vibe as soon as I walked in. The women upfront were so cold and unfriendly. They acted like me needing a quote was such an inconvenience to them. I explained that I was in a rush but it just seemed to fuel their rude behavior so I just left and I certainly won't be returning. If they had been warmer and more professional about it then I would have been willing to wait. I would have asked for a manager but I could tell that this location is poorly managed. Simply because the projected arrogance stated that they have been getting away with poor customer service for quite awhile now. I'm not requiring some empty apology reply with a useless explanation. If whoever is reading this is truly concerned, then simply address the issue. Customer service is everything. I suggest sending your employees to specialized customer service training or replace them with better and more capable people.
