Richie presented in clean uniform, identified himself, asked if we required him to wear overshoe protection (I already had floor protection and ladders set up) He was polite and explained the process. also told me cost up front but that the shop would send a bill. Before he left, asked if I could see anything wrong with install and if any debris was missed. I stopped by the shop later in day to pay bill, Ginny the shop owner was gracious and told me I did not have to rush in to pay, but I had errands to run near the shop. I appreciate this kind of service. My previous experiences with auto glass repair on a number of my vehicles (3) and house glass replacement all dealing with The Glass Company of Antigo have been 5-star.

When I went to test drive, he was out with a different customer, but everyone else in the facility was more than happy to help until he got back. I had my 84 YO mother along with me (gotta make sure she can get in/out of my vehicle!) and they were so patient and accommodating for her! I ended up getting a 2020 Traverse and I absolutely love it! When I went to pick it up, they went through all the features/bells/whistles with me so I knew how things worked. Of course I had a long list of questions with me but they answered every single one. In addition, there were two (fairly minor but annoying) cosmetic issues with it and Yee spoke to his manager and got approval to have them fixed. Excellent service! Their labor prices may be a bit higher than some of the smaller shops in town, but not much different. I echo the other posters here about their customer service. It was professional and friendly. The waiting room is sufficiently comfy if you have to wait a while. Also, they have really fast free wi-fi; I was able to get some work done while I waited. I did a fair amount of additional research and then went to Olson. They provided four great options. All would need to be ordered and would arrive within 3-4 days. I also went to a big chain tire store. The chain provided two of the same options that Olson had. Olson was way less than the dealer (of course) and their price for the exact same tire was less than the chain tire store, as well. Brought the car in today. Received a loaner. They found an issue with the tire pressure monitor (which has been an issue with my car). They diagnosed it and tried a couple of things. It appears to be fixed. The diagnosis and "fix" did not cost a thing. The best place in Wausau for tires and auto service. Also, their body shop is top notch!

I have 2 experiences to compare Kocourek to others. 1. Service, last week I brought my Outback in for 60K service knowing rear pads were at 2mm from another location check 3K miles ago. I got a quote for service and breaks from my Subaru dealer in CA and the out the door price was over $2300. Doing the same service here plus rear brakes ran me just over $1400. I drive down from 3Lakes area and wait for the car... they arranged for a rental so I could tool around Wausau for a few hours. all in all a great day. 2. Sales, last week when I was doing service, I reviewed purchasing a 2nd Subaru for the family. having purchased 2 Outback's in CA I found that getting anything less than MSRP is nearly impossible without broker or fleet connections... Whereas here in the Midwest, Kocourek started at $2500 off MSRP. Then when picking up the car today, they said that they had pre-installed "undercoating" but were absorbing it... as a courtesy for the few days of back and forth texts and emails to close the deal. Bottom line, this dealer is over the top in both service and sales compared to the 2 local dealers I am used to in Northern California. Happy to share I am a big fan.

The people in the service center were helpful and got my 'small' issues fixed directly at the Kia dealer. They were extremely helpful and gave me a sweet loaner vehicle! Obviously I didn't love having these few glitches and I was clearly upset at the time, but the method they handled it in was solid customer service and support. I'd love to give a 5 but let's be honest, who could be 5 star happy having to go to service center twice the same day after driving it off the lot? A SOLID 4!
