My daughter completed the course, passed, but was denied her certificate. The company claim that they are no longer licensed to distribute certificates in our state. THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT!!! Now, my daughter's whole time has been wasted doing the class, she cannot get her learner's permit, and the swindled and stole our money for my daughter to take a class that she could NOT be certified for! I reached out to the company and they REFUSE to respond! I am working on a class action lawsuit and I have filed with the Better Business Bureau, the District Attorney's Office in my home state as well as the State of Texas, the Los Angeles Consumer Affairs, the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Motor Vehicles! The company is unprofessional, bait-and-switch, liars, unresponsive. We did NOT get what we paid for! We did not get what was promised to us!

Used the Kingwood location because it was the only location that had the hours we needed on a Saturday. Communicated via text with someone and was able to send them a picture of the required documents in order to make sure everything was in order. On test day, met them at the Starbucks and they quickly went over everything, inspected the vehicle, and conducted the test while I waited for them at Starbucks. Test took about 15 minutes and my son passed. Prior to the test, they will send you the course so you can make sure you're prepared. We were scouting the route and was able to practice parallel parking a few times at their location with their cones and their spacing just to make sure my son had it dialed in. Once the test is over, they tell you everything you need to take to DPS to get the provisional license. A bit spendy at $135 but better than dealing with trying to take it at DPS. Time is money and all that.

It was $25 flat. No trick-bags later unlike some of their competitors. Best of all, $25 is the price so no coupon or Groupon needed. Signing up for the class was easy and can be done from phone or PC. When I did have a question, I contacted them via email at night and someone followed up even during after hours. The law requires 6 hours no matter what unfortunately for us. I consider myself a excellent driver so most of the questions were easier than I thought and well written out. I was able to multi-task and complete all 58 questions over the period of 2 days when I was able to listen to it in background. You can read with no sound if you prefer. If you get the question wrong, you will be required to restart the video and have the chance to answer again. Some of the videos were sad because they were based on true stories and I felt bad for people who lost their kids due to someone else's negligence. Most of the videos will keep your attention. Another reason, I recommend this one versus the one on Groupon is there is no additional charge for the certificates. No waiting on the mail either. They are provided immediately and you can save them in their PDF format or print them out RIGHT AWAY. You are provided two certificates once you past test. One for Court and one for your Insurance.

Cypress Creek had great reviews, so even though it was a longer commute, we wanted a positive experience. We purchased the 6 lesson package for my daughter and it was a good fit. She already had some driving experience, but she needed some fine tuning. Each lesson was 1.5 hours and my daughter's driving ability and comfort behind the wheel improved. After the 6th lesson, we scheduled her road test with an extra lesson right before. She was thrilled when she passed. I'm very happy with our experience. My daughter says she highly recommends Cypress Creek Driving Academy and so do I.
