After 30 minutes of browsing, I told my family that it was only 9:30, and this was already one of the best days we have ever had, and they agreed. (Plus a lovely employee overhead and appreciated the comment. That was nice!) The store is very warm, inviting, and meticulously maintained. Everything is in perfect order, and there wasn't a speck of dust. You can tell that they take great pride in their store. During the hour and a half we spent here, I overheard the employees providing excellent customer service many times, and they knew quite a number of customers by name. As first time, non-local customers, we were warmly greeted, and had wonderful conversations with several employees. The one that stands out the most is the woman at the checkout. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was amazing. She even ran out to catch us outside when we accidentally left the tiny kitty glass figurine behind. We enjoyed talking with her, and learning about the history of the store. The very best part is the wide array of beautiful products they offer. We spent 90 minutes delightfully running around the store, constantly saying "Look at this!" "Oh my, you HAVE to come see this!" "This is so perfect!" "Ooooh, this is the most beautiful bracelet/dream catcher/tiny birdhouse/coffee cup (and on and on..) I've ever seen!" I cannot say enough about how amazing their selection is. I truly cannot wait to go back again.

They went beyond helpful to track down a prescription that I really needed this evening. I had already looked for it at another pharmacy & they said it was at Walgreens. So, I walked to the Walgreens in Brighton. If wasnt there. It was at another pharmacy, in Thornton. I couldn't get there in time. I tried using my doctor's service but, that didn't seem to work. This wasn't a medication that can be transferred from a pharmacy to another. The pharmacist took a long part of his day to track down one of the doctor's to make it happen. I have not seen this type of customer service in a long time. I want to say thank you. A+++ service!!!

I received no callback about an emergency prescription request, even after choosing the callback request, so I went in myself, just to have rude interactions with the pharmacists, pharmacists switching in between my explanations and giving me completely different answers as to what would be able to be provided for me, until the head pharmacist finally came out of the back and answered my questions but then had me wait another 20 to 30 minutes to get my prescription that was marked "already filled" on my account. Not to mention the other pharmacist who said she already had it filled, then went to help other patrons while yelling out personal information LOUDLY for everyone in the 10+ person deep line to hear. This is not the only CVS pharmacy that I have had qualms with either. This was the last nail in the coffin. We will be switching all of our pharmacy needs to King Soopers Pharmacy and will not be returning to CVS pharmacy anymore.
