It took about 30 minutes to fill out all…read morethe paperwork (partially due to my insurance being ridiculous about approving it) but we knew it would likely take a while because we rolled in close to closing time. Overall, it was a great experience as far as getting a vaccine goes. I explained that I was nervous and shots scare me and the pharmacist, David, was great about it. We just chatted and he kept my mind off of it. It was over quickly and as painlessly as possible. I highly recommend seeing David if you're nervous because he was great with me. My spouse had a good experience too.

This review is for the pharmacy…read more I picked up a prescription yesterday. There's a note in my file about needing a certain generic for this drug because I don't react well to others. I had no reason not to trust that they gave me the right thing but when I got home, I discovered that it was the wrong generic and that this particular generic is one I've had a very bad reaction to (likely it's an additive since generics can vary the additives but not the main ingredients). The pharmacy was closed by the time I got home so I called this morning. I was told they won't take back the unopened package (it comes prepackaged, it's not something they manually count) and I'd have to get a new fill from my provider, which isn't going to happen because I get this medication from an online provider. And I'll have to eat the cost since I pay cash due to my insurance not covering the drug. I also do not have any for my dose tonight. I've been trying literally all day to get them to see reason. I was told by the pharmacy manager that it was on me since I didn't verify that the medication was right. How, exactly, am I supposed to do that when they immediately put it in a paper bag as fast as they can, and won't let you see or handle it, until you pay. I was told since I paid for it they won't do anything about it. The system is rigged to allow them to make mistakes and not fix them. It's disgusting and predatory that they won't do anything to fix it. Go anywhere else for your Rx needs. I'm going to be switching all of my family's medications somewhere else and tell every single person I know to do the same.

I already knew that they'd only sell you the tire size that originally came on your vehicle. That we-know-best policy is why I default to Discount Tire. But Walmart had a really low price on tires for my F250, so I ordered a couple. (The rears were worn out and the fronts were fine.) I answered every question, made an appointment, and paid for both the tires and installation. After driving 45 minutes, I arrived early for my appointment. Stood around waiting for anyone to show up at the service desk for several minutes. Finally a girl did, moving slowly. I told her why I was there. She asked if the F250 was 4 wheel drive. Yes it is. "Our policy is to only install 4 new tires on a 4 wheel drive. Would you like to install 4?" No thanks, the front tires have a lot of life left. "Well, our policy won't let us install your 2 new tires." I never use 4 wheel drive on pavement, but they couldn't care less. Later, they sent me a text saying they'd cancelled the appointment because I hadn't shown up. Argh!!! If you want to have a dumb, customer-unfriendly, we-know-best policy like that, that's your decision to make, but don't let me make an appointment, wait a week, waste a morning going to the appointment, and then refuse to perform the service that you scheduled, plus required me to pay for in advance. At this point, Walmart could be giving away tires and I'd still go elsewhere.

On Sunday, my spouse and I went to this Safeway pharmacy to get our updated COVID and flu vaccines…read more I had to scramble to find vaccines for us because the pharmacy we'd originally planned on going to cancelled our appointments at the last minute but this Safeway location had appointments for the following day so I snatched them up. I wasn't sure what brand of COVID vaccine we were getting, I was just happy to get one at all, but it turns out it was our preferred brand. The waiting area is out in the open to the rest of the store and the treatment room is too small for 3 adults to fit in. I have a needle phobia and explained I needed my spouse there to keep me calm so the pharmacist offered to do it in the waiting area. I was fine with this and appreciated his willingness to work with me. The shots themselves were fine, pinch and some burning. The pharmacist was very friendly and personable while professional. My spouse opted to go into the treatment room. I debated whether to do 4 or 5 stars because the waiting area and treatment room isn't as nice as another location in town but the pharmacist more than made up for it. I'd definitely recommend this location for vaccines. They also offer things like strep treatment/testing and some other things.

We asked Brayden behind the counter if there was a plug in where we could plug in and try the lamp and he said no we don't have any wall plugs. I told him that all these TVS are running off plugs and he goes Yeah, they're all being used. So we left the lamp right there in front of him and walked about but not before once again thanking him for his amazing customer service skills. Is that the level of customer service that this guy wants to give people at Walmart? He doesn't even deserve to have a job there washing the toilets. If Walmart had any integrity at all, just off this review... They would fire this guy because he is not just underwhelming.... He is a liability to your business. We will never go back to that store and it's because of that guy right there... or is this where we have fallen from a service standpoint, where nobody cares anymore ?? The person giving me the flu shot was great and she distracted me while shooting me. Great experience if you need a quick flu shot anytime of the year!
