The woman that answered the phone was kind and helpful and said I just needed to request the transfer with the pharmacist. The Pharmacist came on the line and she was kind and very helpful. She said no problem...I'll get to work on this right away! An hour later...we received a text that our prescription had been transferred and filled. Wow...perfect! Tried to call multiple times as we knew we were pushing the time limit on closing (about 10 mins to close). When I gave them the script they responded "we can't fill this, you're too late." I asked if there was anywhere else i could fill the script as he was in extreme pain and shaking and they said "Denver." Then, "please move, there is someone behind you." The absolute disregard for another person in extreme pain struck me. The rude, selfish responses did as well. I hope they treat others better in the future because of this review.

I was leaving a nearby restaurant when I remembered that I was looking of something this shop…read moremight have. This shop is what has replaced Pharmaca which we lost years ago. I figured it was something I might have gotten at Pharmaca. Though this shop certainly did not have it. All they had was a product I have seen in nearly every store in Boulder, even Whole Foods which has a mini shop (Ideal Market by Whole Foods) nearly next door. It was very disappointing. They do still display some greeting cads and various over the counter products. The have a sign out front that they "now have a pharmacy." I did not investigate as my ride was waiting in the car. I have my pharmacy for my medical plan elsewhere. It has very sparse displays, certainly not like the previous business occupant. It's unlikely I will stop here again, though I have heard locals to the neighborhood reporting that they were happy to have something similar back for their needs. I will trust they might find something themselves, but I will look further for myself.

Alive & Well has degraded the customer experience to what I can expect at Circle K when buying a bag of chips, while still expecting their guests to pay $150 for a bottle of serum.
