I called a couple times and got the in 3 months, without asking for my name. Something was said about their respiratory therapist, but did not catch exactly what. I've had my CPAP a number of years. All I have needed from real suppliers is supplies that they fill from a prescription from my pulmonogist. Simple! I have complained to my doctor. I asked the person at Uptown if I should keep using supplies such as filters I can no longer clean or mask that is wearing out. I was told yes, In my opinion, with all the years having Sleep Apnea, they are outrages. Yesterday when I called yet again I was told to come in and fill out their packet. I did that already. i got upset, since I prefer to be able to sleep at night without my breathing stopping. I drove over 30 miles the day after a holiday to pick up my sleep medication, only to find the pharmacy closed and locked. Unfortunately, that left me without my medication for three days, which was very discouraging. I still value this pharmacy highly and appreciate all they do, but I hope they can communicate holiday closures more clearly in the future so customers don't make long trips only to find the doors shut.
