Website shows a Lincoln under Fleet and is described as "luxurious fleet of vehicles," and I was picked up in a black Impala Sedan that had crumbs in the seats and a trunk dirty with grass. I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.

Tried to book the 8:30 shuttle from O'Hare earlier that day and was told it's been cancelled. Had to Uber instead for $120. Same thing happened once before, but they were accommodating , and made arrangements to pickup myself and another stranded passenger. I have used their service three times and had problems twice. BTW they do not refund ticket funds.
