Joel was our technician, he was very knowledgeable, personable, listened to our areas of concerns, answered all our questions and explained every step of the process before starting. The initial visit, the inside and outside of the home were sprayed. We recently had a period of a lot of rain and noticed the wasps coming back on the sides of the gutters and shed, I called and two days later Joel came back to spray the entire perimeter and shed at no cost to us.
