A++++. We had Lenny in for an 'unexplained scratching' in our ceilings to which have no ceiling access (no attic). After a prior flying squirrel invasion we thought it was that again, but after a SUPER THOROUGH inspection of the house, the eves, the roof, etc he determined it was either mice or rats from the nearby stream (ewwwww!!!). He set up boxes outside the property, and the problem was eradicated within days. It's been under control for two months now, actually. He was very informative on the threat (or lack of, actually) it would pose to our indoor cats if they caught one after it ate the bait. He was also fun to talk to about Woodpeckers and the marks they left on the tree's (he is a wild bird enthusiast as well!). We have been a customer of Shoreline Wildlife Management for just about 7 years now, and have been very pleased. Lenny is always courteous, professional, and responsive to our needs. We initially called in Shoreline Wildlife Management to remove and relocate a skunk family that was nesting under our sunroom. Living near marsh land, we soon realized it would be necessary to sign on for his bait station service to keep rodents in check. Beyond the bait stations, Lenny gave us advice and council on ways to make our property, decks and porches, and foundation less attractive to these critters. So i had a bat, IN my bedroom, in the middle of the night. This was not a good thing. I won't bore you with the details but i can tell you that I was beyond unhappy. I was new to the home and to the area so via google I found Lenny and...........he saved the day. I think he could tell on the phone that I was beSIDE-myself and he did his best to talk me through the realities of my situation and gave me a thorough overview of the processes -- and was completely upfront and clear about his fees, et cetera. He then went out of his way to arrive at my home as quickly as possible and was, again, absolutely thorough -- not only did he remove the bat, but he then inspected my entire home attic to basement. However, being that my roof is super-tall, he was not able to check the exterior of the chimney. SO, after having been paid in full and then inspecting the whole house (though, really, he was not in least bit obligated to do ANYthing but get the bat out), he came back a couple of days later with a super-tall ladder and not only ruled out the chimney exterior as a factor, but while he was up there did some preventative sealing of it just to be safe. I'd use him again in a milli-second and recommend him highly. read more

Hired Lenny to do a pre-demolition pest inspection. He arrived 20 minutes late ( I had arrived 10 minutes early), didn't like that I pointed out he was late, couldn't park his truck and left without doing the inspection.Very unprofessional and a bit dramatic. read more

Would not recommend. Called Lenny due to flying squirrels in our attic. Agree with review that stated $150 service fee not advertised up front. I had the same experience and when I called Lenny on it he said the bill he left me was an error it's just what his computer prints out late at night. Came to my home for prearranged appt. told me ahead of time it would be best for me to be there. My garage door was open. It was obvious I was there. My dog was going in and out of the house. I heard his truck come up the driveway and saw him walking in the backyard. Next thing I knew he had left without even ringing the bell. Left an invoice in box for almost triple what he had estimated on the phone and the $150 service fee. Very unprofessional. He gave me a lame excuse that he thought I should have come outside. That he doesn't like to bother people in case they are working from home. REALLY? I told him I was coming home to meet him. Patronizing attitude read more
