I went to get business headshots from Etti 3 days after I started my own law firm and could not have made a better decision. She is professional and makes you feel comfortable as you stand there like a statue. I don't get photographed often and she understood that too. She could even tell when I was nervous based on my neck and jawline. I walked in with a suitcase of different outfits and we tried them all. We also tried multiple backgrounds with different outfits. I blinked, a lot. We also went through each photo one at a time until we found the right ones and I ended up happy with the experience. 5 stars!! I searched Yelp for a photographer for my son's senior high school portraits. I called a few businesses and left messages, but Etti answered immediately and gave me a lot of info and options. I was pressed for time to book but her schedule was extremely flexible and her prices were comparable if not better than other photographers I called. Once I suggested the outside photo option (vs in the studio), Etti suggested a few places where we could take the photos which I appreciated since I had no clue on where to go and my son had no preference. Before the shoot she even offered tips on what clothes would photograph well. I paid 1/2 upfront once I signed the contract and the balance on the day of the shoot. The day of, Etti was prompt and was ready to give my son lots of different posing options and tips. It really was easy and fun for us and I couldntve picked a better photographer. I think the best part for me was how fast we got the proofs back to pick from online (shoot on Fri and I received an email on Monday with the photos to pick from). After that, I received the final digital downoads a few days later. SUPER FAST and great quality! I could not be more pleased! I will definitely use Etti again in the future and am going to recommend her to others, she is great! read more

We were lucky to have a space that looked out into the Strip with some iconic lights in the background. And the shoot was so much fun :) her packages are great, The session went so smooth and she made me feel very comfortable and beautiful despite me feeling big. I had made an appointment with her because I wanted some professionally done headshots for my job. So in December of 2021 I made an appointment and paid the fees prior to the appointment. However a date didn't work out so we changed it to another date at the end of the month (January 2022). Since my professional plans here in Las Vegas changed I decided to cancel my appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment. I felt this was enough time and it wasn't done last minute or I did a no show. But was told that I would only get $35 dollars (which was the tip) and the remaining $175 would be the cancellation fee. When I asked for an exception to be made, I was told she isn't obligated to refund me any money. When I explained the situation (which will remain unstated due to personal reasons) she offered choices that didn't meet what I was asking. I even asked for a partial refund but was not even responded too. During such a difficult time for many, I would think 24 hours would be fine (48 hours was the policy). But it wasn't and she didn't seem to care. I will not refer her to any of my friends or family and furthermore had to make such a negative review. She is not understanding and I do not see how she has such great ratings. read more

I found Etti through Yelp when I was looking for a photographer for our wedding. I made basic inquiries and Etti's services seemed the most reasonable and most value for our money - for photography, videography, photo booth and album! During the first meeting with Etti, I already liked her - she was professional and friendly. She was very knowledgeable of her craft yet very flexible to her client's wants and needs. Between the first meeting and the wedding, she would keep in touch just to check in. Although I was very hands on with the wedding preparation, I trusted Etti with the photography, videography, and photo booth - and she did not disappoint! All our wedding photos came out amazing - it was very difficult to pick a few to put on the album and I ended up adding more spreads to our album. Our video was awesome as well - the highlight video was a real good sneak peak of the whole event, especially for those who were not able to come.
