Without hesitation, they helped me push the cart across the street and into their lot (it was a hot and busy weekend in June). Then, their tools came out and started testing everything. It became clear this was an issue a mechanic would need to fix. After the guys recommended a mechanic (whom was booked out that day) they offered to let me keep the cart in their lot overnight. The following day, the mechanic was able to get me up and rolling after swapping out a failed ECU. I offered to pay the guys for their assistance, which they graciously declined. Although I didn't do business with either Coastal Cowboy or The Cart Store, I recommend both of them due to their generosity, kindness, and Southern Hospitality. They didn't try to sell me anything or make me feel at any point as a nuisance to their business. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys!

Our beach rental was right on the beach with a long boardwalk across the dunes to get there. We…read morethought it would be easier to use a golf cart to get the family down there with all of our stuff. That's why we rented a six seater. In hindsight, we really didn't need it. My son and his wife always chose to walk with the baby. My wife rode in it once with me and all of our beach stuff. My youngest son and I took it to the beach about three times. I don't regret renting it, and would do it again. Why? I really liked driving up and down the beach. I am an amateur wildlife photographer. I would ride to where there were a bunch of birds, stop to take pictures, then go look for another area. We had some confusion at first. The rental owner accidentally gave me instructions for using her personal golf cart that was locked in the garage. We had added an extra day to our stay, so we didn't use it the first day. Then while we were out and about the next day, our beautiful six-seater was delivered. I texted Keith at the number he put on the delivery email. Within minutes he responded with the correct information for finding the key and instructions for driving the six-seater. Returning the cart was simple. I cleaned it up, replaced the key in its spot, and texted "DONE". We got a message on the way back to San Antonio saying we were all clear. I texted Keith to ask about the gas, since I didn't fill the tank. He just asked me to Venmo $15 to cover it. Here is my only concern: I hope I don't find myself going viral on the Internet. I must have looked like a nutcase speeding up and down the beach laughing like a lunatic with every bump. I never in my wildest imagination thought a golf cart on the beach would be so exciting!

When we picked up our golf cart, we were surprised to find that the store was closed. While that was a bit of an inconvenience we were able to call the number on the door and they were able to help us out. The golf cart was up to date and had everything that we were looking for to suite are family of six. Last minute we did end up having to switch our golf cart to a four seater due to some miscommunication on the staff workers end.
