I booked a cart the night before and everything was ready to go.(have your proof of insurance and drivers license with you). The staff was very friendly and the cart was exactly what I ordered. The price was competitive and the cart was in good shape. My bad, I forgot to fill it up with gas when I turned the cart in that night. I called the next morning to pay what I owed, the staff was not bothered by it and told me they would take care of it and charge $30 to my credit card on file. (more than fair for the price of gas and the time to get it filled up). I will definitely use this company again! read more

Friendly professional service. Golf cart was delivered to my lodging location at the requested time. It was exactly what was reserved. Within 5 minutes, contract, operation and local laws were reviewed and I was on my way. Pock up was even better. Left in front of condo office and I headed home. How easy can it be. We recently rented a golf cart from 8/1 to 8/4/23 from kooks and the owner was extremely nice and helpful. They offer free delivery and pick up at no charge which is a huge plus. We stay at pioneer rv resort every summer and the free delivery was awesome. Definitely will use Kooks again and highly recommend! Garret was extremely prompt, helpful and trustworthy. He was available to help with any problems that might arise. We didn't have any technical difficulties however we witnessed Garret helping another customer when a battery died.
