Offering two stars just bc my lashes turned out decent, but the decision to not return to this facility was made before ever walking in the door. I booked a lash lift and tint two days in advance and they didn't send forms to be filled out until an hour and twenty minutes before the appointment. As I was running errands and then driving to the location, the messages obviously weren't seen. I get to their location and can't even find their shop, I have to use the restroom and the initial text before the form link includes "let me know when you're here and I'll let you know when I'm ready for you inside" ?? So I'm sitting there responding letting them know I'm there, pulling up the form and receiving an immediate response stating the form needs to be filled out before we can start. I end up filling out their form and having to use the restroom inside the doctors office that takes up the entire building where this shop is located with ONE white sign on a window when the entire building is covered in signage for this doctors office. I walk back outside wondering wtf and check my phone w zero acknowledgment of my form being submitted, no invitation into the shop I've been told not to enter until THEY'RE ready and text back AGAIN saying I'm here where are you where Morgan decides to w respond passive aggressive and unhelpful messages like "Just was waiting for that to come through. You can come inside." (when it's after my appointment time at this point) and "Sage beauty bar, like mentioned above" when I said come in where bc their shop is NOT noticeable what so ever, especially to a newcomer. ALSO, I booked my appointment w Outlaw Beauty and ended up coming to "Sage Beauty Bar" so if they're going to be inconsistent w their name they need to have better signage and better directions given. I absolutely wouldn't return just for the customer service alone and how uninviting the environment is overall. She also kept trying to make conversation throughout the appointment like I wasn't clearly answering in ways signaling I didn't want to talk. read more

Not good at all with the scheduling, completely no empathy for a client scheduled for an event and no proof of cancelling as stated. Such a shame for not trying to fix the error you had!! read more

Miranda is outstanding! She cares about her clients and gives great advice about the health of your lashes. She advised me to remove my lashes and give my real lashes a rest. She could have gone ahead and did my fill on my lashes but didn't feel that was the right thing to do. She cares and offered to remove my old lashes for free. I appreciate her honesty and will be a loyal client. Highly Recommend!! read more

Had appointment with Breanna for make-up on Saturday. Showed up for my appointment and was told by her that I had canceled my appointment. This was not the case, I was in town for a wedding and needed my make-up done. I booked this appointment 5/28 for 7/10 make-up, I confirmed my appointment via email on 7/6. She could not tell me why it happened, how it got canceled or a resolution to the issue. She just kept saying "well I didn't bring my make-up". In my opinion she should have either called another employee in to do it, or maybe gone to get her make-up and make me an appt. little later that morning. Her actions and lack of care were not acceptable in my opinion. No explanation on how or why it got canceled or the fact that she was saying I'm the one who canceled which was not true. I showed up for the session. I'm giving them one star because I could not go any lower, in my mind they deserve zero stars. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional and the lack of care was disappointing. read more
