Schroeder charged $147.75 delivery fee for the 5 minutes I am from Plantscape. Then charged another $135 labor for 30 minutes. I spent more on the planting of the tree than I did for the actual tree. Plantscape told us he would let us know the charges prior to coming out. He did not. When he called, he said he had to plant the next day or it would have to wait until fall. It was our fault for not getting more information but felt like he could have explained his cost prior to us getting the bill and really felt like we were put on the spot to get it planted immediately.

Very disappointed before we ever got started. With their lack of communication and after setting me up to believe they were going to take care of things, I would not recommend this company.
