This place is awesome. First of all - they grow more varieties of lavender than you will see most other places. And - it is organic. Ask questions - you will learn which varieties are culinary. Which have the strongest smell, what color they are, how big they grow, lavender history, recipes.... And - they grow all sorts of interesting vegetables here (shiso, salad burnet, okra, you name it, they grow it). There is also a good flower plant collection. They have a little shop full of lavender items (wreaths, t shirts, potpourri and more). And they grow wonderful organic cherries and other fruits. A good place to get some fresh organic produce.

This place is soooo beautiful! And everyone that works there is so sweet. Then even let us borrow their personal sunscreen when I forgot some for my kids. We will be back for sure!

Most amazing afternoon tea!! Beautiful lavender gardens, and workshop on how to make fresh flower swags! Worth the 2 hour drive from Vail. Definitely will be back!

If you're even remotely into gardening, want to consider gardening or feel like walking through a garden, this is the place! They aren't as "store forward" as they are gardening and plants so for anyone with even a light green thumb has to go here! They also have dried lavender, lavender products as well as other location related body softeners and yummy smelling things!

One of the most fun and unique experiences I have had in Colorado! First, I love lavender, who doesn't? So this was amazing. You can pick your own lavender or seasonal fruits. They also make fresh products, like lavender chapstick that's amazing. The photos you take there are just beautiful, I got so many compliments and questions about where they were taken. A great experience for coloradans and to bring your out of town guests. Great for family fun too. Summertime in grand junction is HOT, I would recommend going in September when the Palisade peaches are in harvest!

Great stop off the highway Jars of peaches, nuts, candy,…read morefruit, jam, ice cream, pies, pastries, coffee ---what more could u want? I had a giant ginger molasses cookie and it was awesome

I came here back in 2019-2020. I can say it was a lot better then. When I asked the cashier if they…read moreremembered when it was just a stand. They didn't have a clue. So much for knowing who you work for and what they stand for. I feel the upgrade has a nice concept yet it is lacking customer serivce and more staff. I could tell the staff was overworked with the amount of traffic flow. We came when there was a power outage. For the luck of grace it came back on shortly after we checked out. We also order ice cream in the way out and a milk shake. 1st we got a peanut chocolate milk shake that looked more like chocolate milk. Then they got the order wrong it had milk instead of almond milk. Asked for a refund and she said she redo it. I asked kindly to make it more thick. It did not come out anymore thick. She added too much liquid. Looked like the new hire wasn't properly trained in ratio content. Then they forgot to get our bear claw ice cream. We saw a tall lad that was not working and just overseeing the other staff struggle. So sad. As far as the young lady giving out peaches outside in the stand. She looked more like she was ready for the gym than being at work. I can tell you it was offensive to see her in tight leggings. I sure wife's don't appreciate their husbands have free eye candy at a moments turn. We will not be stopping here again. So sad because I would talk about the old little stand from back in the day to everyone and how wonderful it was to go after driving from Denver on the 70. It was a nice treat. Not anymore.
