Job (repairing yard damage from a vehicle accident - ruts in yard) was not completed to my…read moresatisfaction. I never actually met anyone in person...all done over the phone or by mail. When I called to complain about the service and price, I was not offered for someone to come out and look at work completed or asked about my concerns - which were labor costs (extremely high for amount of work performed-$500 for 1/2 hour on my property), charges for hauling & load of topsoil (only received about 1-2 wheel barrels full), charges for grass seed/straw (which was hardly any applied). For $770 I was expecting the topsoil to be tampered down, the grass seed applied correctly and the ground to be leveled out...NOT some ground thrown down with a little grass seed thrown on it. I will never use or recommend Doug's Lawn Care to anyone!!
