When the crew did arrive, they accomplished all of the tasks including the replacement of worn, aged toilet flanges and ensured all equipment was in working order when finished. So, then the neighbor paid $1200 to have his line jetted and camera again no clog. They wanted to dig up his driveway to be able to run the camera farther to find the clog. Quoted is $5000. We had another company come out to inform us because it's a pressurized system the likely hood of a clog was slim. Tested our system and it was a bad flow check valve. $2400 for a wrong diagnosis from 1776 plumbing, a wrong diagnosis because they didn't even check our system. I emailed twice to follow up with them to try to meet in the middle and rectify it before I had to leave a review but they ignored me both times. They are not up front and honest.

I read another review about someone with a boiler that after they came just left the leak go. This happened to us too. Hired them, they were here for 8 + hrs, left with water aggressively dripping from the boiler . Came out the next day same thing. The soldering job looked like a homeowner did it not a plumber. Still leaking after he spent another 4+ hrs on it. Then I complained to the owner and he came out, apparently he knows what he is doing. So after 3 days of water leaking all over the floor the owner was able to fix it. All I can say is if the fat guy and 20yr old boy wonder show up to fix your boiler, my advice is slam the door in their faces and call someone else. We hired them to clean a drain out and they sent 2 guys and charged me $78 to say they can't do the job and suggested we hire Roto rooter and we did. Roto rooter was able to do the job. So regular plumbing and gas leaks they are worth hiring, those guys know what they are doing. We had a leaking toilet and they did a good job. New sink great job too.
