I am new to the Glasgow community and received a referral to this clinic. With the new move and…read moreother demands I failed to remember the appointment that had been made for me without consultation on my availability. I received a call from the office asking if I would be able to come to the appointment. I live approximately 5 minutes from the clinic and said I would come immediately. I was told this was not an option. I then said I was available the rest of the day and could take any time slot. A firm no. I then asked if I could reschedule and was met with a curt reply from the receptionist that if the first appointment is missed you cannot be seen in the clinic. Poor patient model which will not allow for any allowance for the reality of life. When I asked for clarification by stating "So I cannot be seen and need to find another office?" The reply was, "Well it looks that way." Unimpressed and felt compelled to share with other consumers.

Whitlow office staff are rude, disorganized and generally unhelpful in resolving problems. Will tell you one thing and do the opposite.
