First of all they only did a visual inspection and their dog which is a complete gimmick was no where in sight; no air quality tests or anything. So please tell me how a qualified mold inspector misses that? There were multiple toxic molds in the home which required a full remediation. I even ended up having to sell the house within the first year due to being so ill.
