Our pup is always excited to visit this group. He feels right at home and maybe gets spoiled a little.

My dog does get nervous when we drop her off but, as soon as she sees Katie, she's perks up and doesn't resist at all.

Our dog absolutely loves the place- the staff is always happy, friendly, and helpful. I remember when we first moved to Denver and we were looking for a place to board our cockapoo. Everywhere downtown wanted me to bring him in for an interview. Wait a sec, shouldn't we interview the place caring for our pets?! I thought this was just nuts, and didn't have time in case our dog wasn't "worthy" or their kennel to find another place! Luckily, a coworker recommended Beds and Biscuits, and we were able to see the facility and meet the staff. Their rates are very affordable, including the extras like a wash and a brush. Strongly recommend this amazing place - they'll take care of your furbabies right!

Also, I called the vet the same day I was turned away for our nail trim appointment and my dog's vaccinations ARE up to date and were the day of the appointment- there was no reason on my end you couldn't take her. The way it was handled was not ok. Furthermore, if you simply check these things when customers make the appointment rather than waiting until they drive all the way there to say you feel there is an issue (especially when there wasnt) to turn them away rather than simply letting them have time to provide whatever documentation is needed then you wouldn't have list a customer. I hope you improve your practices for your other customers.

Two of them are my problem children: a Rottweiler mix foster fail who is reactive to bikes and other dogs and occasionally nervous around people like visiting contractors or UPS men, and the other is a 100+ lb Brazilian mastiff rescue from Aruba who is not fond of other dogs. The two of them began showing increasingly worse dog aggression toward other dogs on the trail and while camping, and had attacked several dogs by the time I found Loyal Hound/Juliet. I was at my wit's end, because I had already spent thousands of dollars and tried everything including other trainers at that point with little to no progress. I felt stuck with 2 big problems for the next 6-8 years. I hike at least 3 miles every single day off leash on the trails by my house, and I love to camp with my dogs in the summer, but they became such a liability that walks became stressful and camping became impossible. I finally found Juliet with Loyal Hound, and for our very first session we met at a crowded park and were going to be doing off leash training right away. I was so nervous -- all the triggers were present: other people with dogs on leashes, dogs off leashes, people on bikes, squirrels -- so I was absolutely AMAZED when we were walking my Rottweiler off leash through a gaggle of geese, past people on bikes, and past other dogs within a few minutes with no problems. It was nothing short of a miracle. Within a few sessions, I had both of my dog aggressive dogs walking on and off leash next to me, passing other dogs (sometimes dogs that were even barking at them) on trails safely with no reactivity. I cannot explain in words how much of a difference this has made in my life -- I feel like I got my life back. If you have a dog aggressive dog, this is the place to go. It's WELL worth the investment, and you will be amazed at the difference you will see in your dog. Thank you Loyal Hound & Juliet!!

Within 5 minutes we were able to re-establish the training methods that work and get Hope back on track with easy leash walking. I am so impressed with her concise easy to follow instructions. I am looking forward to taking my two Samoyeds on walks again while walking my toddler in a stroller without having to worry that Hope will pull us. Trained dogs are safe dogs and I'd pay for the training with Juliet 10x over. Worth every penny! It makes my life easier as a single mom managing all the things to have two dogs that get to enjoy being outside with us because I trust them and they trust me. Don't hesitate if you need help with your dog!

I currently have four small dogs, two Havanese and two Shih-poos,…read moreand they need to be groomed regularly with their coats of hair in place of the regular fur, which doesn't shed. My dogs seem to do best with a grooming every 4 weeks or so. A "blueberry" is just what they need--the works. Bath, brush, clipping of fur and nails, toothbrushing; I'm sure I don't even know all the things that happen to these adorable creatures during their spa day. But they come home clean, soft, and refreshed--with a lovely blueberry scent that each of them wants to rub off their bodies as quickly as possible, lol! They roll on the couch, rub on the walls, anything to smell like their old selves, but in the end, the four of them look and feel like the best versions of themselves for at least a week after this treatment. Kim has been our groomer for many years and through several dog generations, but the entire staff is very good at what they do for their own clients, and also very helpful as we enter with our four dogs in tow. The dogs get very excited as soon as they realize that they are headed to "Kim's house", and the staff seem genuinely happy to see us all. We've lived in Golden for decades, and with previous dogs we've tried various independent groomers, Petco, and Petsmart, but after finding Bow Wow, Kim, and the whole staff there, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Today was our July visit, and I've attached pictures of each dog looking and feeling their best. Take a look!

I dropped them off at 9ish, expecting to not get a call until a lot later in the afternoon. I was shocked when they called at noon telling us the girls were ready. The ladies there were so nice. We visit Colorado yearly, I can honestly say we will be visiting BWB when we are here visiting family. I also highly recommend!!
