We're from out of town. I picked Waggin Tails based on the excellent Google reviews. I couldn't tour the facility prior to dropping my fur-baby off. Making the reservations for boarding and grooming was easy. The receptionist was friendly and articulate. Pricing was clear. This is an "inn-style" boarding. So I knew Cooper would get to play with other dogs while we were gone. That is one reason we chose this place. When I dropped cooper off, I noticed how clean the facility was. The staff was super friendly. When we picked cooper up (4 days later), he was happy. He was groomed (per my request) and looked amazing. His haircut was perfect. We love Waggin Tails! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your pup enjoys their stay, as well as making sure pet owners feel comfortable doing so. We found this facility when we lived in the area, and continue to utilize them even though it's now a 30 minute drive for us. FIND ANOTHER DOGGY DAY CARE!!!!! MY REPLY TO THEIR BS RESPONSE...Jordan is awesome and I say that bc he was always there in the mornings when I dropped off...my wife almost always picked them up, I should have clarified more that I dislike one woman there, Bri who is the worst. There is a camera in their lobby which I have requested any and all instances of me being rude or aggressive or mean towards female employees and zero response, painting a picture of me as a misogynist is borderline libel so I'm surprised that with zero evidence they would make such a claim, bold strategy of making libelous claims with ZERO evidence, ESPECIALLY when I have evidence of ER visits and vet visits that correlate with our puppies stays. Also the claim that I "eyerolled" their suggestions that our dog is a bully is garbage, my wife would pick them up way more often than I did and she never heard a peep of our dogs problems, again lies by WT!!! Funny that when our pups are at home and I "bah" them as our trainer has us do, they are well behaved and get along great, yet they are so terrible at daycare, another interesting coincidence...could it be that the staff is untrained? Also I think it's hilarious you are calling my dog a bully, he is a 100 lb Pyrenees that's clumsy, but if attacking my dog is your response it's better you attacking him with words than another dog at your facility biting him, but of course it was his fault. I also never said that I was willing to bring in my pup in with kennel cough to get every other dog sick, I said I could have like apparently other individuals have and that's how my puppies got it multiple times from this facility with evidence to back it up from our vet. Glassdoor is also a place former employees can leave a review of what it was like working there, sorry you didn't sign up for that page, just another instance of negligence and a lack of caring about anyone but themselves just like the review said. Bottom line is that we asked for a refund from them because their facility gave our pup kennel cough, we gave 3 days notice (another lie they concocted by saying no notice), Bri was rude and other saw it and commented as well, that's what started this whole fiasco bc there was NEVER any mention of our puppy being a bully or any mention to my wife or myself of my behavior, so if you bring your dog there and you have a complaint you better find a new daycare quick bc this is how they handle it in their business. Best of luck. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We took our puppies there for 2 years and they did decent, Jordan is awesome, the rest of the staff not so much. One of our puppies got GIARDIA from there, had our puppies lip get a hole bitten through it, multiple instances of kennel cough but then the last time we took our puppy in and she got kennel cough from WAGGIN TAILS and they then attempted to not refund a deposit for the next stay because our puppy had kennel cough which they got from the facility. Bri, one of the owners has atrocious customer service skills and is downright rude and told us it wasn't their fault yet we only have our dogs socialize with their dogs at their facility, no dog parks or doggy dates. They then told us that our puppy was a "problem puppy" when they told us we couldn't board our dogs there anymore yet every time we picked them up it was "they're so great", "oh my god we love your puppies", "he does so well with the other dogs who constantly nip and bite him...what's funny is that our dogs are incredibly well behaved at home so any behavioral issues is learned from Waggin Tails. Side note, they finally refunded the deposit after asking politely and then they decided after doing what was right to blacklist us from their facility. Keep your dogs away from this unsanitary facility who's ownership who is rude and lies!!! read more

Recently I lost track of time and was late to pick up my Jojo, they did call, but ultimately ended up locking up and leaving and Jojo was to be boarded that night, completely in-line with the agreement I had signed. But I never wanted to leave him because of his abandonment issues and my own emotional needs. So I left an embarrassing message, sobbing my guts out, wanting my baby back. About an hour later the owner called me after checking the messages, to tell me a manager was on her way there now to get me my Jojo!! Way above and beyond, especially because it was 100% my fault. Our dogs love the staff here, and as fur parents... the Waggin Tails staff is THE BEST HANDS DOWN! They go the extra mile, they know their clients and dogs by sight, they make sure the meds/baths etc are given if needed and work with your dogs personality (one of our rescues came from a very abusive past and had trust issues with men and the staff (especially the men!) have worked with us to earn her trust and help her come out of her shell and trust the men in her life now. That alone I would recommend them, but the consistency of care on top of that....they're the best doggy daycare around! It's like dropping your kid off at their best friends house....Knowing that they're going to have a blast, be safe and be well taken care of while you're not there. We were nervous to board our dog over night for the first time because he is old and has a bad back. We were absolutely blown away with the service we received at waggin tails! The interview day made us feel so much more comfortable knowing that our dog had a great time and would be excited to return for his boarding stay. Watching him on the cameras was a huge plus because it gave us reassurance that he was having a good time. Our dog was happy the entire time and happy when we picked him up. I am extremely picky with where I take my pets for anything, they are my kids and deserved to be spoiled and treated with the best care (like all pets!). Waggin Tails is awesome! I bring my pup Cosmo here once a week just to play with other dogs and he goes absolutely nuts with joy as soon as he sees the building. The staff is great and the facility is very clean. I love being able to watch my fur son from home with the cameras and I know he's always in good hands there. Prices are very reasonable and the dogs have the option to go in and out as they please, they even have little wading pools for the pups who want to splash around. I took my Baby girl Maya in for grooming. They got me in fairly quickly for an appointment. Everyone I encountered were kind with a general happy attitude. They were also pretty attentive to Maya and myself. I felt comfortable right away leaving Maya and she must have felt the good energy too as she didn't freak out and start shaking like she typically does at some other places. This was a great indicator that the staff and owners care. I was also very pleased with her hair cut so we'll definitely be coming back! read more
