As a female I will never ever ever enter that establishment again.!! I utilized an online U-Haul service operated by Junior Peter auto property. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the establishment was closed, even though it was 9:30 in the morning, and I was guaranteed when I spoke to a person yesterday that someone would be there to help me today. Not to mention the online hours are 9a to 1p. I'll spare you all of the infuriating details. I will sum it up by saying I spent an hour and a half struggling to pick up this vehicle. I spent An Hour and a half in this man's driveway. I called him twice during this time, he did not answer or come out of his house. So after three other phone calls to U-Haul, I was finally able pick up the truck. AS SOON AS I left the property of junior peter auto I immediately received a phone call from him. Hmmmm? Which means he was watching me the last 1.5hrs?? when I picked up the phone he didn't say hello. He didn't introduce himself. He immediately started screaming at me at the top of his lungs that "you better come get your fucking car or I'm gonna have it towed". I said I'm sorry can you please repeat that? He screamed at me again telling me I have no right to leave my vehicle there. Meanwhile, I was by myself and going to get my daughter to help me grab my vehicle. It's kinda hard to drive two vehicles at one time when you're one person. While being harangued by this man, I hung up. I don't accept that kind of behavior, so after a few moments, I decided to call him back and calmly tell him I'm coming to get my vehicle and then he proceeded to scream at me again telling me 'I should know better, I'm not responsible for your Vehicle, get it now or I'm towing it, and topping it off with "you fucking bitch" and then hanging up on me. I don't care who Junior is & I don't care who knows himbut that is not how you speak to customers, or people in general. My mother is one person, it is completely idiotic of him to assume that she would somehow be able to drive two cars at once.
