They proceeded to say that Ram has had an ongoing issue with the radio and when we said if it's a continued issue why would we replace it for $1600 and it may not work in a month and the serviceman said "well so it works." I'm sorry but after spending $50,000 on a truck and they treat their customers like this we will NEVER buy another vehicle from them. By the time I got the 3 rd and the 4 th I had given up with him. And started seeking help else where. On 12-23-22 I was involved in a vehicle accident. Needing my title asap for insurance. So I had no choice but to go back to him once again. Come to find out he had did nothing to correct this problem. I had to go to the Mayor and senates office to get this done. And because of his mileage discrepancy I lost my warranty. And had to pay for work done on it. If I could give this a 0 star I would.
