Jenn and her team have been nothing short of spectacular. I've brought my son a couple of times to get a cut as well and they know him by name. Such a special feeling to be able to give my family. Q, at the front, is so welcoming as soon as we walk in and she's so gracious as a host with immediate consideration for drinks and conversations she's held with my entire family. It was just ok, but to pay $76 for a men's haircut (no shampoo or product was put in my hair) I expected more. I went in, the barber introduced themselves, asked what I wanted, so I explained. They then sprayed my hair wet with a water bottle, cut my hair, and send me on my merry way. No shampoo. No blowdry/styling. It was the bare minimum. I will NEVER go back there--such a rip off. Also, it wasn't even a scissor cut. 80% of the hair cut was done with clippers. So disappointed.
