This place is very unprofessional, so my plane had just landed and was looking for a fresh cut, looked up barber shops near my area and this one came up. Online it shows they open at 8am, on their front door it shows they open at 8am, so I walk in at 8am and there are two barbers already with clients at their chairs, one barber tells me that they are closed and they do not open until 9am, I then told him but online and on your door it says yall open at 8am and he said, well we don't open until 9am so come back if you want. Not sure how good their cuts are here but their service is beyond horrible. Will never step a foot in their business and would not recommend this place to a friend. read more

I started going to this shop several months ago. I started getting my hair cut by one barber but he is no longer at the shop. So I was introduced to Darnell who cut my hair when my original barber left the shop. I have to say I was very impressed with Darnell's professionalism, commitment to service and hair cutting skills. I've been living in Atlanta for 5 years and couldn't find a barber to get my hair right until Darnell. The shop has recently gone through changes with old barbers leaving and gaining new barbers and also some renovations that have made the shop look more attractive and comfortable for clients. All the barbers are friendly and also I appreciate that I can make an appointment and not have to wait! I have been taking both of my sons to Ben the Barber for a few years now. Ben is very personable and does a great job on their haircuts, designs, and coloring. I love that they are a full service barbershop so the price comes with a shampoo as well. I myself have even became a recent customer to my surprise and I'm a woman. Go to Ben to get a facial. You won't regret it. It was literally the best facial I have had in life!! I never thought that I would go to a barbershop for a facial but I won't to anyone else now. Based on previous reviews I had higher expectations. My experience at ProFreshional Cuts was sub-par and quite frankly was a waste of $30. I strongly believe that the other barbers' talent are far superior than the individual who cut my hair. I believe that a crucial part of providing a service is to listen and adhere to the clients request especially after reiterating the desired style twice! - A taper fade does NOT mean high fade. - Utilizing the razor edge should produce a more distinct line Reassessment of barbering skills is certainly needed for the barber from Houston, TX. Cedric was my barber, I found him on StyleSeat.com and he was amazing. I would prefer that he get started on time or at least no more than 10 minutes after my appointment time, but he really does take his craft seriously which is why I guess he takes longer to finish up. He does a phenomenal job, I go in to get a texturizer and shape up and he is very respectful to female clients. I'm usually nervous going into a barber shop to get my hair done because I've never been. I will not be going back though because I only needed services until my hair grew back because I did the big chop all over again, but if I were to keep my hair short, I would be a regular with him, no doubt. I've been getting my hair cut by Will for the last 2 years because he's good and he's consistent, plain & simple. He's never missed an appointment, his cuts are sharp & precise, and he even offers tips & suggestions on how to maintain my hair in different seasons. He has a great rapport with all of his clients...and his calendar stays booked up. That should tell you al you need! I appreciate that he's good with the clippers and the single blade. ***DO NOT RECOMMEND*** I would give a zero star if I could. Tray (IG @dareeldeele) is THE WORST barber we have experienced. Don't even bother to scheudle appointments with him because he NEVER shows up on time. He NEVER listens to his customer. He first messed up the fro, then the line-up. Now he can't keep his hands off the beard as we requested. Save yourself a trip - DO NOT go to him for your cut. Find someone else that cares. read more
